One of the best nail salon in Murrieta. I've been coming here a long time and I also love their sister salon Crystal Nails & Spa. They both have skilled technicians and their customer service are top notched. They owned up their mistakes and will go the extra steps to take care them. But they also standed up to bullies and things not caused by them. I like their straighforward policies.

Been coming here for over a year now! I get my nails done from Linh and I have never been disappointed! Everyone there is so nice and passionate! 100% recommend!!

I am so impressed with this place! I'm new to the area and have been struggling to find a good nail shop. I was on a really tight schedule yesterday but the owner was able to get me in last minute. I was a little lost between there first and second location and she stopped everything that she was doing to walk me to the second location, I really appreciated that. The facility was very clean and the girls that did my nails were so sweet, efficient, and did an amazing job on my nails. I will definitely be returning.

I love this place so much ? I had to get a fresh set yesterday and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Linh at Hot Springs Nails was careful and efficient. She asked me multiple times if I was okay while popping my old acrylic nails off. I’ve literally never been to a salon where it was this painless to get acrylics off, it was truly a relief! Thank you so much

This place is amazing!!! They're so polite and fast. I showed my nail tech an Inspo picture and she went above and beyond and added her own touches which made my nails look so much better than the picture. This is my new spot to go for nails for sure

Had an appointment scheduled for 11am today waited 30 minutes still was not helped. Very disappointing. The guy in the front was not accommodating at all. Called another salon and walked out. I will not comeback to this salon, very unprofessional.

I was met by a gentleman at the desk asking what services, what type of manicure. When I answered a regular polish, he told me he didn’t have time and that he could recommend me to another place. Even though there was no one waiting and it was only 20 minutes after opening and even though I have been a regular customer there and even though my friend was there before me who I recommended this salon to. I felt very embarrassed and hurt. Needless to say I won’t be returning. I will be telling my friends and neighbors and anyone who is interested about this horrible experience.

Stylist: Everytime I get my nails done here, I am happy! All of the ladies are amazing! Hana is my go to, but they are all equally great. No crazy upcharges, just consistently fabulous nails at an affordable price.

I've been coming here for years and I love it! My nails always look so clean and are done super well. It does get busy so I'd recommend coming earlier in the day or making an appointment but regardless I've always been treated nicely. Imo best place to get your nails done in the area :)

I am a regular here and I typically have a good experience but today wasn't it. I always make an appt ahead of time because they get pretty busy. I made an appt for 11:00 am and arrived at 10:55 am. When I got there they were packed and I was told to wait a few minutes, which I didn't mind and understood at first.. about 10 mins into waiting 5 other people came in 2 with an appt time for the same time slot as I.. and 3 did not have an appt. They took them all in and 20 minutes later I am still waiting. The guy at the counter came over and said they were just finishing up one other person. I left... The guy at the counter was nice and he noticed that I got up to leave and he followed me to try to assure me it would only be a few more minutes. However, I would have understood if they were just running behind and didn't take in the walk in. It's Sunday and I don't think it's efficient use of my time to wait an extra 20 or more minutes because they took an appt and couldn't manage their time. I didn't appreciate the inconsideration.

I've always loved coming to this salon because they've always been accommodating and have a great selection of colors! Unfortunately today I felt as though the younger gentleman that did my manicure wanted to get it over with as fast as possible. I had leftover nail polish on my skin and my design was smeared and before my nails were done drying he got up and left. I asked if he could get the nail polish off of my skin and he said it would wash off after a couple rinses at the sink. I understand that Saturdays are busy but I'm a loyal customer and the $5 price hike didn't match up with the experience or manicure today. Pretty bummed.

Took my hubby in for a pedicure for his bday. He loved it. It was pretty upbeat and nice in the salon and they were all nice. We will be coming back.

Best nail place in inland empire Hannah always does a great job with my nails and they are the nicest and most accommodating people. Lots and lots of options with the color and Rose is the sweetest! I can't wait to get my nails done again next month since my nails last so long.

I’ve been going here for years. They always do a wonderful job. They are so friendly and accommodating. I was there the other day next to a young women. I believe she posted under Eric K. She was impatient and rude to the owner Ms. Rose. All Ms. Rose was trying to do was this woman requested. Please don’t let her review dissuade you from this wonderful place.
