They are horrible! Aaron has an attitude and most certainly did not live up to his contract or our expectations. At one point I assumed that he abandoned the job after 4 months of no contact and we pressed hard, only to get more attitude. I don't think he even knows what he's doing. POS in my opinion.

Should be called Hidden Eye Customer Service as they have hide it completely! I have this piece of junk system. Paid over 3500 for an "upgrade" for our gate to open from a "mobile app". The app works about 40% of the time and all the owner of the company can tell me is he "has over 65 installs and mine is the only one working." I have been asking for almost a year now for Aaron Wendt, the owner, to fix the system or refund our money and neither has occurred. Owner of company came by today to see what is happening. Two of my staff told him that the app works on occasion and didn't work all last week. I get a text from the owner that states, " I was there, We all logged in the young lady i worked on with had her WIFI enabled we disabled it and she got in in seconds." "Because your the upset one, I'll delete the app and reinstall it. My favorite is his attitude! Called them out for a door that was faulting and what does the technician do, unhook the cover, pull wires out and leave it with a board over it to keep us safe. I understand it is low voltage however is this how you handle your work? This has been like a marriage that I can't get out of! They monitor our fire service also. I am completely stuck. Don't let this happen to you!

They are a great business they always listen to your questions and try to help in any way they can. As expected all the wiring is hidden and all the panels they install look nice I should know I'm a employee who works hard to make sure it's done right and not unfinished that's are way.
