I stayed here for one night after checking in, and it was a great experience. The front desk representative, Gisele, was exceptionally kind. I really appreciate the Hilton brand and the warmth of its employees—it's such a wonderful place to stay.

Hot breakfast included in my stay,. Pool was heated . Coffee tea hot chocolate available all day and night . Staff was friendly . Many food places and stores nearby

Beautiful and clean. I live in Hilton everyday but I don’t get comfortable in anyone every time, some of the hotels leave a footprint in my mind and this is one of them! Great place

Ruined by cigarette smoke. Many of the Hotel staff were kind. Our room was spacious and nice. The last 3 days of the stay were ruined because of the cigarette smoke that started to permeate the room. Our car smells like cigarette smoke because people smoked near the Disabled Parking area.
Would not have booked if knew there were smoking areas on the property. Was supposed to be smoke-free.

Great spot here in Temecula, location near plenty of attractions.
Rooms: Rooms are very spacious and filled with all the necessities you need.

I would give it a 5 star but beds were a nightmare. Aside from that breakfast was good , service was amazing and the front desk was very good as well. Overall 7 out of 10 .

I love this hotel. For its category is a solid 4 stars. Breakfast is very good. The staff is very friendly. Ladies at the front desk during the weekend are super helpful and friendly. Great location! Bars and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately the hot tub is not working. Recommend.

I made a reservation under a different email, we dressed differently and we're disabled, now. We were treated terrible, than previous stays!! The front desk customer service made us wait for a room that was never ready, so we wait until 3pm, while others were checking in at 2pm, I asked if our room was ready, yet? She said no, but she'd put us in another room that is ready! Great maybe the rude lady was having a bad day. Then I notice house cleaning and staff are in out room when we're not there and my credit cards are in the my room unprotected!! If you think you're going to STEAL from us and get away with it, you're in for a surprise lol...I will never return here. It's a 1-star hotel for a reason. These people have serious problems and need help!!!

Chose this hotel to stay at for our wedding in Menifee. Also created a room block for our wedding guests that were flying in from all over the country. It was terrible from the start.
The hot tub was broken and the front desk told us there was no intention of fixing it because it had broken twice already. The outdoor bathrooms were closed “for public safety” so you had to run through the entire hotel to use a bathroom if you were at the pool.
If that wasn’t enough, it took 20 minutes of running water through all of our fixtures every time before we got hot water - the front desk explained it was because we were on the far side of the building from the water heater - not acceptable.
And the last straw was the beds and pillows which were extremely uncomfortable and led to sleepless nights.
Don’t stay here - you will regret it.
