I normally would not write a bad review in regards to any small business. However, in this experience I find it fitting to do so. I placed an order with a promise of delivery for today. After contacting this business to confirm delivery time the manager kept promising that iit would in fact be delivered today. After waiting several hours and no delivery the manager tells me that they can't deliver and now I am to wait until Tuesday!!! Who does that? Additionally, they never offered to waive the already paid delivey charge for the inconvenience. If you want great customer service and on time delivery, don't buy here!

CONSUMER PLEASE BE AWARE -GQ Appliance Outlet and its owner, Adrian De La Rosa, do not deserve a star.I have paid for 2 defective and damaged appliances. One I refused to accept but Adrian De La Rosa refuses to reimburse me. The other appliance, once installed, was defective and Adrian De La Rosa refuses to pick up the defective appliance and reimburse me.I have filed 4 complaints to Department of Consumer Affairs and I hope they close this business down so others do not get scammed.

We bought a fridge, gas dryer and clothes washer from GQ Appliance. The dryer and washer were delivered but they said our fridge had a problem and sent us a loaner fridge that leaked continually from the water and ice maker. They then replaced that loaner with a better but smaller fridge. This whole nightmare started October 5th, 2023. We still have not gotten the fridge we paid for and they do not answers their phone and the voice mail box is full. We had family coming to visit for Christmas so we went to Lowe's and bought a new fridge. When we called to tell them they finally answered the phone and miraculously said the part was in but they were testing it. We told them we wanted our money back for the fridge we never got and the guy we talked to said he would have to talk to the boss. Well gee, never heard from them. Called today January 4,2024, no answer and voice mail full. Maybe we will have to seek legal help if they don't respond. They probably have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.

This place is awesome! We had found the exact same washer and dryer at Best Buy HERE for $600 less. This place is an outlet of appliances, these items get small scratches on them during shipment or little dents and sell them for a fraction of the cost. They have warranty and cover you if something is wrong. Our washer has the SMALLEST dent in the corner and it was 50% off. The sales rep at the front was so kind and explained so well! Love this place

Very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. When ever I called the store they got back to me right away.Great prices on new appliances. We love our new refrigerator.Our stove is acting up without a doubt we’re going back to check out the stoves.They had a better price than the home improvement stores. Check them out first.

After looking at different locations I stumbled upon GQ Appliance they have the best deals for all appliances. They offered me same day delivery which is great because I needed something as soon as possible. I spoke to Paola and she was very professional, kind and patient. Will recommend all my friends and family.Very happy with my purchase!!

We showed up at GQ Appliance and despite arriving 5 mins before closing, Paula graciously took her time and presented to us the dishwashers on display. She explained the different models and their features, made recommendations, and checked stock for the one we were interested in. We ended up purchasing a brand new out of the box LG for significantly less than MSRP and big box store prices and left the warehouse long after closing.We opted to install the machine ourselves to avoid the installation fee, but there was a manufacturer defect with one of the leveling legs that was not adjusting. Paula sent out a technician, Hugo, the following day who spent two hours diligently fixing the issue and completing the installation at no additional charge despite initially opting to self-install.All in all, we’re happy with the purchase and the service considering Paula was very patient, polite, communicative, and professional throughout the process. We highly recommend GQ Appliance for all your home appliance needs. ?

The teammates were very helpful. If you have a budget and need good appliances, this is the place to go!Update: When we first were told the delivery day (which would be same day), they unfortunately ran into some delays with bad traffic (holiday times are bad, I get it) so they did not deliver same day. However, they made me priority for 2 days later as that was when I was next available. I was the first stop in the morning. I unfortunately missed the first 2 times due to not hearing the doorbell but with camera proof, they were indeed there on time and I was the first stop in the morning. They go above and beyond that if they say you are within a certain time frame, they deliver within that time frame and of course, if they are running late, they let you know as well.Delivery guy was very kind and nice. Set up the appliances without any hassle and hauled away our old set no problem. He was very careful when moving appliances in and out as to not hit any walls, furniture, decorations, etc.I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for mid-level appliances on a budget. Of course, just so you know, ALL the appliances are open box items/floor units from big chain retail stores and if you go in person, you will see the exact condition of the unit(s) you are buying. We got very lucky and bought a washer/dryer set that was in 'almost perfect' condition and there were a lot of appliances that were in great condition as well. Ours had very tiny scratches on them but if you don't look for them, you don't see them and no dents. Some definitely had scratches and dents but again, you are paying better prices for these conditions.We had a few issues with the washer and the delivery guy had already left by that point but they came back same day to fix it and the lady who was communicating between the delivery guy and us was very nice throughout the whole process. Even with this pain, they were quick to remedy anything that went wrong. That is how customer service should be.
