How much wood can a Wood Chuck chuck? Apparently a lot! Chuck did a great job with our floors. He was sweating his face off working hard. Being meticulous. Even helped us out with our houses strange spaces. Months after and I am very satisfied with the floors.

Flatout Flooring has excellent customer service. I was having a difficult timematching my existing flooring, which had been discontinue, and Flatout Flooring was recommended, I called and made an appointment. Korey'sdemeanor was kind and professional on the phone and in person. He brought flooring examples to my home several times until we found a close match.On installation day Chuck Phelps, the installer arrived on time and was alsokind and very professional. As we walked the areas where the new flooring was to be installed he verified with me what direction I wanted theflooring laid and answered all my questions. Chuck is meticulous with histechnic and his workmanship is stellar.I will definitely use Flatout Flooring in the future and recommend them to others.D.Hooker

Carpet was damaged so the installing did not happen, a Professional Co..would check the product before it comes to the customer ,carpet was returned. One room left with carpet padding that smells my whole house up !!! Will not get new carpet for another week . My kitchen countertops are full with house wear I had to remove, Our Super bowl weekend plans had to change ,and we need to take our daughter to the airport on day that is plan for installation . I would not recommend this business to anyone!Service: Carpet installation

Top shelf work performed by the installation team at Flatout Flooring!! They removed our old wood floor and tile in our kitchen and we went commercial grade vinyl wood planks. Korey was very helpful in helping us pick the best materials. He also helped us choose the right base boards to match up well. Kenny and Able performed the installation work. I would highly recommend them for any project as their work is very meticulous and top shelf!!

Korey and his guys have done a couple of jobs for us. Chuck is a master of his craft he takes the time to give you the best work one can do. We first had our stairway done awesome job Chuck! We were so impressed that we ask flatout flooring to return and do our living room. We were amazed with the design chuck came up with and are happy with the ending results.

Flatout Flooring is one of the smaller shops in town but they have great inventory of LVP and hardwood flooring. You are encouraged to take home large samples to see how they look in your setting. Korey is helpful in explaining floor types and making recommendations. After shopping many floor showrooms in the Valley, we chose Flatout based on good reviews, a fair estimate and expertise in covering a fireplace with stone. Chuck and Juan truly did an outstanding job at leveling floors and laying my Provenza.Chuck has an exceptional work ethic, not often seen from busy tradesmen these days. His attention to detail, and making sure the job was completed well and to our liking was much appreciated. Unfortunately, we discovered an issue with the fireplace electrical wiring once the job was finished but Chuck and an electrician came back to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Flatout Flooring.

All I can say is, wow! Our rooms look beautiful. They installed luxury vinyl planks in some of our rooms. The installers were punctual, polite and very pleasant to work with. In fact, I can say that for everyone at flatout flooring. A good experience and I plan to use them to install carpet next. Highly recommend.

Just bought a home in the area that needed new floors and paint.Coordinating the work that needed to be done between the flooring, painting and movers was a big deal for us. Dave said he could meet the challenge. Between the raising of a sunken living room, tile removal, and floor installation, they met the deadline!Chuck and Ray are true professionals at their craft. They stayed late to make sure we were ready for the movers the next day.The craftsmanship was excellent including cutting into some existing flooring to match it up.The floors turned out beautiful!I would highly recommend these guys for any flooring needs!

Beautiful and vast display of flooring options, coupled with a knowledgeable, patient, and (best of all) HONEST staff, made for a relaxed and very well informed selection process. I needed samples to bring to my client and the sales manager, Mike, GAVE me 3 more cost effective variations of the clients desired product - and directly off the showroom floor!I was personally impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment, myself. I will be recommending them to my peers and associates as a practical alternative to mediocre, over-priced distributors they may be dealing with now.Thank you guys, truly.Darris
