First off. this is the worst place to ever do business. In August, I went to first place to get an estimate on getting some work done on my car. The total came up to about $24,000. I hit Javier inquiring information about when my car will be done. Every week for a month he was giving me the runaround. I even brought my car to the shop and left it there a week and a half he kept telling me it will be done in 3 to 4 days. I proceeded to contact him through text message also calls also I would stop by the shop he did not produce anything to show me. He didn't order any of my parts nothing at all. This place is and was a horrible nightmare of a mistake I did. I highly recommend anyone that reads this do not even think of going to first place repairs. They are the worst horrible service I have encountered in my whole life. How can a shop owner say I don't have your money I put your $24,000 into fixing other projects at the shop that's totally unprofessional and the bar association will be going to his shop. Javier is not a businessman. The business aspect and the business end.

Great serviceVery informative Quick serviceWelded my catalytic converter back onto my Prius after foiling the thieves trying to steal it. Then mounted my protection plate on to avert any future theft. Fair price to do it.

I LOVE this place have been going here for years and recently moved two hours away but promised I will come back to get my car worked on here considering how awesome and reliable they are. My whole family have been coming here for years and never disappoints. The owner and his son are the best!

I had really good experience with them. My car sounded like it was going to blow up so I called them and they said I can drop off in like 10 minutes. I dropped it off and had it stay over night because I didn't think it was going to make it home. They didn't look annoyed or anything at all and was happy to help. And fixed it next day and I got it back within 24 hours.Their service was very reasonable and everyone was very friendly.I would recommend this business and I would bring my car back here if anything happens again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had an appointment at 8:30. Walk in at 8:15, one guy I front of me. The service guy/owner sat behind the counter chatting about the same topics over and backwards for 15 minutes. Ignoring me and another customer behind me. I walked out. If that’s the service new customer received. I can only imagine service after the sale..Will NOT give you my business. Your a waist of time.

Reached out to them late one night on Instagram. They responded right away with a price quote for fixing a bent exhaust and an install! They sent up an appointment for a few days later and I brought in the car with the exhaust. The work was completed quickly and professionally! Love the sound of the new exhaust! Hope to continue to give my business to Javier and First Place Auto!
