Fast Track offer physical therapy services to decrease pain and improve function. Cardiac rehabilitation is offered for those patients wanting to improve cardiac health, recover from a cardiac event or simply improve cardiac function. We offer diabetes programs for those wanting to improve or eliminate their type 2 diabetes. For people having trouble with falls and balance, we offer vestibular and balance training programs. We even have specialized programs to help with weight loss. Best of all, our programs are all covered by insurance.
