Spent $15 dollars to get a car wash. None of the bird feces on my car was cleaned off. The person who came out to pre-rinse the car spent about 10 seconds lazily hosing the front of the car, instead of spraying the spots that blatantly needed it. Had to use minimal force with a car windshield sponge near the gas pumps to remove it myself. Car was dirty again afterwards because they don't change the water at those stations, though. Never getting a wash here again.

I believe this is now the 711 car wash. I came here at 5:15 on Sunday June 9th and the attendant has to be the most emotionally unhinged man I’ve ever seen working costumer service. He was making hand motions to turn my wheel which I did, he continues to do it along with other hand motions so I roll down my window and he begins to scream at me “WHEN I TELL YOU TURN YOUR WHEEL I NEED YOU TO TURN YOUR WHEEL”. I have never in my life been screamed at like that by anyone working costumer service. I’ve always come to this place and the people working have been not the nicest but not flat out rude. This dude takes the cake. I’ll never step foot in this trash car wash ever again.

They changed this lava wash to the gayest 7/11 ahh car wash I've ever been to in my whole life. Ima turning zesty with this one.

It cleans really good and the vacuum is excellent I highly recommend it. Price is reasonable and you wont get disappointed.

This carwash doesn't clean in front of my tundra and I paid the wash , the guy that works there just say İm sorry , Im not happy with the wash that I paid, its a total ripped off. I wouldn't recommend this carwash to all my friends and family. What's the point of paying and not getting cleaned.

Do not recommend! Bad quality car wash, even worse management.** DAMAGED AND STAINED MY CAR ** left a pink tint / stain that is not easily coming off.Whatever liquids they use was highly potent, bad quality, and left portions of my driver and passenger sides pink.Spoke with the manager Tom over the phone - he was absolutely tactless the entire conversation. Took no accountability and indirectly diverted the blame to me - Saying I must have done something to my car after leaving. From the car wash, I went straight home which is when and where i noticed it. I have the home security footage to back the timeline and time stamp it. My car's paint was damaged by whatever cheap crap liquids your Fast5 is using. He absolutely refused to believe it.He wouldn't refund me because I was not able to inform them the same day of the incident - which I explained to him we went some time between 6-7pm Sunday evening so it would have been impossible for me to let them know the same day considering they close at 7. I called them the next day, Monday, then was told by an employee the manager would call me Tuesday.The whole conversation I was just flabbergasted by Tom's complete lack of empathy and negative tone. Divert blame and defense mode only. And Tom - no I will not run my car through your wash again and potentially further damage my car.Listen to the negative reviews. Spare your money and your car. Such a poor quality car wash and even worse quality management and staff who could care less.

This place always has something broken. It's either the dryers, the vacuums, the compressed air, etc. I understand things can malfunction but this happens every other week. Also, when something is broken they still charge full price.

I searched for a full service car wash. When I got there it was no way a full service. So I went ahead and vacuum my car, then went to drive though the wash and they had closed it. Totally disappointed. It should not be listed as full service.

Don't think I'll be back here. There was no wait for a wash or a vacuum on a Sunday at noon, but I got the $10 silver wash after a road trip in the snow and my car was not clean. There was still bird poop and dirt all over. I literally went home and washed my car on my own. Waste of $10 AND I'm pretty sure their equipment scratched my car! It was way up on the top/side of my RAV 4 and nothing else goes up there so...

Associates are good but overall cleaning process was bad, I came out with my sedan having foam on the heaflights and mirror got pushed other way with a big hard body mob.It was ok service and vacuum nozzles are awful to reach any gaps.

Terrible service. when I pointed out that the back of the car was not washed properly they refused to wash it again. The Manager Vincent does not understand customer service. Don't waste your money going to this place.

I like being able to go through the car wash and then being able to pull into a covered area to vacuum and clean windows.
