I used Eclusive Automotive in Murietta a few times through the years and I could not have been more satisfied. This time I'm ELATED! I had an issue with my car that someone knowledgeable thought was perhaps an axle issue. I can't imagine how much it would have cost if it had been an axle issue. When I saw Pierre Sr. and Pierre Jr. they said 'Don't worry we'll check it out and see what's going on.' It turned out to be something rubbing that Pierre Jr. attached out of the way. Such a minor issue that they handled on the spot. As a woman by myself they could have told me so many other things that I would have believed. They could have charged me out of the nose and I would have paid it. They are the most fair and HONEST mechanics I have ever met in my Life! I will always take my vehicles to them and I would recommend them to anyone. Rhonda L.

Great work finding and fixing a very abnormal problem with my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. It would start but anytime I'd fill it up at the gas station it wouldn't. I'd have to pump the pedal and try several times to turn the engine over. The fellas were able to find out what was wrong, then ordered and installed the part. Great work! Added pic of the truck for no particular reason.

100% a shop you want to go to. Family owned Black owned with great experience in automatics foreign and domestic. The father and son are definitely informational and shared experiences and help you get your car to where it needs to be. Never seen a shop that really cares for the customer and tries to get them the best deal and the best fix possible. My experience like others I have read has been a awesome and wonderful experience. Thank you for being a great Auto Shop, just like you guys tell everyone you love them. We love you guys too exclusive automotive is definitely a five star shop.Services: Transmission

I was buying a used car and wanted to have it inspected -- I'm so happy that I took it to Exclusive Automotive!! They were very professional and kind, and went above and beyond by providing not only a full inspection report but also some negotiation tips. I will be a returning customer and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic in the area.

my car needs to have timing chain done soon per dealer but through last two experiences they are not fixing it right. dealers recommendation is to trade in the car. I checked around and saw exclusive automotive and talked to Pierre Jr. told him what's goin on with the car and he took time to explain everything, especially the break needed to get checked because whenever you press the brake it wouldn't stop all the way.mechanic from the dealer fixed the booster and break pump did not work well that's the reason I lost my trust to dealer mechanic.Luckily Pierre and Pierre Jr. as well as the staff was absolutely amazing! They gave amazing costumer service and put a lot of detail into my sons car! My son regained his confidence back on driving the bmw and was very happy with the results that Pierre's team had done! I couldn't be any happier either, they absolutely are wonderful mechanics!

I had damage to my hood, front bumper, headlight, side panel, and some parts at the front of the engine. They did a great job getting my car not even to what it was before, but even better.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop everybody in there was so amazing even sing happy birthday to me, ! But the owner and the son of the owner are such great amazing people and a lot of the mechanics in there are so amazing. NEVER go to this shop for repairs and if you do just expect to turn right around days later because your car breaks down. I've taken my 2017 Chevy Malibu to this shop and 4 days after paying $2800 my car engine seized on the freeway and instead of being professional and having compassion the owner argues and gets defensive and then uses google to say it's another issue instead of being a mechanic and really fixing the car. He lies and just wants to get you for more money after you paid him a lot days before. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHOP!! Also parts that were paid for were taken out of my car and never returned. So he is also a thief.

If you are looking for a honest and reasonable mechanic you need not look any further. This father & son family owned business is the best. BEST customer service and made you feel like you were family. After my primary car was totaled I had to get my other car back on the road after sitting for a couple of years. Great car 2001 Mercedes S500 but needed some work….they took care of everything including getting it ready to PASS smog…running like new again. Thank you Pierre Sr & Jr.

I have been a die hard Bmw fan for many years and usually do maintenance and normal repairs myself. When the driveshaft center bearing went out on Roxy (my e46 m3 touring conversion), I started to do the repairs and decided I really didn't want to do it. I called several local businesses and even driveline shops who wouldn't even touch it. A friend/ client excitedly told me to call Pierre so I did. I was floored when he told me he could do it same day if I could arrange a tow. The tow took a few hours to get Roxy there and I was waiting for the call "we'll get her back to you on Monday" nope!!!! They had it ready by end of business that day!!!! As much as I wanted to take her home, I even left her over the weekend for repairs I was putting off!!! (That's kind of a big deal for me, again because I do almost all of the work on her myself)Pierre and Pierre Jr made me feel right at home and very comfortable with leaving my baby with them, did excellent work, extremely friendly, honest and knowledgeable, and I 100% recommend them to anyone.
