It's fun for the kids and I think I would give it a better rating if they weren't such sticklers about outside drinks specifically. Food, I can understand them not allowing, but water bottles or coffee? That's a bit much and they make sure to pester you to throw your drinks away before you walk in.

The kids had tons of fun, moderately priced, but reasonable.

Staff on the rink floor were not friendly, but the other staff seemed nice. I still had fun even though the Grinch was around!
