This is the worst eos i have ever been to, I came from ladera ranch in hopes of finding the same quality gym. NO this place is gross and they have mold everywhere. They decided to close without telling me. Do not waste ur mondey for such a sh*t place like this. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and racist. They told me to go back to Mexico because i couldnt pay for the transfer fee. How insane is that?! I have never cried so hard in my life. If i could give this place no stars i would. The people in the front get paid like 8 dollars an hour stop taking it so serious you are not important. anyways im going somewhere else. Thanks for nothing eos.

Love EOS and the environment there. Adrian G helped me out at the front desk and helped out with some good workout recommendations and helped me get the lay of the land

I don't recommend this place because of management. The staff is good. The staff is really nice they try to help you, but the problem is I was a members six years ago and everything was great amazing then I went to Mexico and I came back and I'm a member again and everything is lacking. Other reasons I got the membership on this gym is more expensive. There are another ones, it's because of steam room but it's been more than a month and they have not fix it. The only good thing they still have is the kids room so you have kids it's a great place but still is so full that you want to use the machine you need to wait at least 20 minutes to get to one .

Worst gym and the worst conditions I've been to in a long time! I've been a eos member for over 3 years Temecula has been okay over all, except no hot water for shower (only warm), Murrieta is so much more getto! Mold has closed half the gym (again) and they don't even open the upstairs studio to compensate and allow for stretching, no hot water for showers and steam room don't work again. I called this morning and specifically asked about the showers and the front desk guy (Adrien) said everything was working... it was not. Don't waste your time here, I might be leaving too

This review is in regards to the customer service aspect at this location. I became a member this past week and the process was very pushing and it made me really uncomfortable. All I wanted was a membership and to go about my simple workout. I was told I needed to give my medical information as to why i'm at the gym, give reasons why I want to lose weight (not everyone goes to the gym to lose weight, it's mental as well) and it was if not 30 minutes of interrogating questions about my health and pushiness. I was told I needed to list 5 referrals with phone numbers or else the staff member will get in trouble. I told him I was not interested in personal training when he was trying to sell me on it and he said i don't have a choice and need to speak to his manager so he can sell me on it and so that he doesn't get in trouble. I'm really trying to understand that this teenager is doing his marketing job but Eos really needs to back off when customers say stop. If we're not interest, please stop pushing. I also don't feel comfortable explaining my medical problems to a 19 year old who's telling me what I need and don't need. Please keep this in mind when you're training new staff, if customers just want to have a place to workout and do their own thing, let them. We pay you, that should be enough.

I used to belong to the EOS in Temecula (Meadows) which I loved. Then sadly the crunch at French Valley closed and this was my only option as I need childcare. The kids club manager is very rude, nothing like I have ever experienced at any gym that I have belonged to, and used childcare. In fact, in 7 years I have had nothing but great experiences with childcare at gyms until now. Half the cardio machines don't work properly, there are no signs on the machines, and it is very hard to ever get on any weight lifting equipment. I cannot wait until the new EOS opens on Winchester and I don't have to come here anymore.

I was excited to sign in this gym . They just charged me double they made two accounts, I emphasized to a member a week ago they didn't do nothing about it. Unfortunately I will cancel my account. You can't trust them.

I just signed up for a new membership for the new Winchester location which is not finished yet. They told me I could use the other locations until it is finished. I went by the Murrieta Hot Springs location today with my wife to take a quick tour. We waited for quite awhile for a meeting to get done while the 3 people including the assistant general manager were behind the desk and couldn't help us. We finally just left without getting a tour and the assistant general manager just said have a nice day. This is my first experience with EŌS fitness at one of their locations. I'm not impressed at all with the customer service. Not a good look.

Scammers because they charge you over and over, even when you cancel properly 30 days before. I’ve known several other people who complained about additional charges on their accounts too and ended up switching. My boyfriend and I both canceled our memberships and they continued to charge us and then justified it by saying “well on file we don’t have that” in other words they don’t do their job there. Once they fix this problem, I will remove my review. I would just like proper help via email, because I’m tired of talking to team members on the phone who have no idea what they’re doing.

Great facility, certain staff can make the experience less pleasant. The reason it gets 2 stars is how they pick and choose when to enforce rules, let kids under their minimum age come in and overcrowd the gym. The level of services have fallen off including the towel service. It’s the philosophy of the low-cost monthly membership, they just try to sell as many memberships as they can and if you don’t like how crowded it then good luck trying to cancel.

Honestly, worst gym experience. Everything about this place sucks. It's hot, they don't ventilate fresh air, all the equipment is worn out, broken and filthy. It is insanely crowded. The employees just stand around and talk and don't do their basic jobs. Toilet paper is either soaked with toilet water or sweat because they are too lazy to place it in the toilet paper holder, the hand soap is consistently empty. If you try to approach the employees for any basic needs they get genuinely upset they you interrupted their leisure time. I'd say the other gym members there are actually somewhat polite most of the time and respectful of each other. If you get the basic price for $10/month($16.67/month after hidden annual membership fee of $59.99 plus a $20 sign up cost). Honestly I hate this gym and I'm switching to a different gym, this is not worth the money. That's if they let me, I've seen reports online that they make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership which is why I put it on a virtual credit card to rug pull when they don't grant my wish of cancellation.

Very clean buildings, equipment and a friendly staff. I had joined other gyms in the previous years but have stuck with EOS the longest. They have the most equipment, extras, pool, sauna, basketball courts etc And they offer multiple location passes. They have affordable prices as well ??
