Got a sign made and manufactured by this company back in 2011. Apparently the channel Letters are LED which are suppose to be better than neon. Well the channel letters bulbs keep burning out ( had to call them out in dec 2014) and now they have burned again . This LED lights are suppose to last 25 years is what I was told . Really ??? Awful experience
