If I could I would give this place a zero waste of my time & money. Prior to me showing up I asked for an estimate price I was definitely not given this price when I showed up. Drove almost 4 hours to get there just for them to start adding a bunch of unnecessary fees to the car. Crazy if you ask me not only that but on the website there was a firm price on the vehicle which that was my reason for going in the first place . After carefully looking through all the paperwork before signing I took out my calculator and they had almost doubled the price of the car . That specific car doesn’t even cost more than 33k brand new yet they wanted me to pay 48k honestly ridiculous for a used car . Don’t come here they are full of crap.

The front desk girl was really kind! I don’t think they want sell cars though, because the extra fees and markups were insanely high! I was ready to buy and do an all cash offer but those fees truly made no sense. I get that people have to run a business and pay their bills but I don’t want to be forced to pay what should be optional add one (and what ARE already optional add one at any other dealer). I left and went straight to another seller in the area and bought same day! The financial guy would only look at my father instead of me when talking. My father wasn’t there to buy or guide me so he should have been speaking directly with me. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman and young but everyone should be treated as a serious buyer.

WORST !! Costumer service
First off they need to run your credit to do a TEST DRIVE
They completely ignore you, this is not even a real dealer
They work of a lil tiny office in the middle of nowhere, and act like they are selling super exotic cars, they do not communicate with their costumers at all, it took them 3 days to try to make a deal. Bottom line this place is suuuuper shady i would completely stay away plenty of others places you can go and get waaaay better costumer service

I was trying to buy a $20.000 2020kia and when I got there the sales guy told me the price online is a lie and the actual price is $26.000 so I left and I went to the dealership next door and I bought a $28.000 2021 Alfa Romeo

Super rude and sketchy!! Went in after looking online at their inventory to get a quote. First They RACK UP a whole bunch of “fees” and taxes. Somehow the car we were looking at online went up almost 10k when we were getting a quote. Then I asked how the price got so high and he couldn’t give me a direct answer, he was just like “uhhh uhh fees.” We had went to multiple(3) different dealerships and got quotes for cars(3) that were priced out of our budget and they were still lower than the car at this dealership that was suppose to be in our budget. You’re better off going to any other dealer. Second the car we were looking at was in an accident and we started to ask questions about the accident and the salesman just kept saying “it’s fixed, it’s fixed” but couldn’t get any further explanation. Third this guy just seems bothered that we were there and was incredibly rude, I didn’t get his name but he seemed to be Indian. Just don’t go there.
