I checked out other reviews on CVC Pharmacy. Personally, I've never had anyone be anything but very friendly and accommodating, and I've been there MANY times. They have a vast amount of goods to choose from. Even an assortment of grocery items and tons of candy. They have a whole array of makeup and of course all things needed for cuts and scapes or the flu. Whatever one might need for over the counter stuff. They even carry seasonal stuff, like for Halloween or Christmas or Easter. Or wine and beer if you want to celebrate nothing or everything., Plus, there's a pharmacy! Of course there is! And I've picked up many scripts there with no issues. So, I dunno, I'm giving them FIVE STARS, because, like I said, I've never had an issue. with them.

Went to this CVS to get a couple snacks and when I got to the register I saw the cashier chatting with her coworker. She noticed me walking up to the register and had the look as if she was inconvenienced that she had to do her job and help me with my purchase. I ignored it and smiled to say hello, I didn't get a response back besides her asking if I had a phone number with CVS. After she finished scanning my items she put my printed receipt on one of my items and said there you go and walked away. Maybe she was having a bad day but it was rather unpleasant. Loved my snacks though!

My husband made an appointment for COVID test at this location. He used a state website to search for the locations that provide free testing for people who don’t have an insurance. He answered “no” to a question regarding whether he did or did not have a health insurance. There was nothing about making any payments. At CVS on Jackson in Murrieta he was refused to do the test twice. He lost his time while being very sick trying to get tested. When I asked the pharmacist when they changed the policy she was not able to tell when saying it’s been like that this year for a while. My son just had his test ( with no insurance) done at this location about 8-9 days ago. By the way, it was not our choice for not having the health insurance. We just couldn’t afford.II checked Walgreens website and they do warn that there might be a charge for the test. I did the appointment at Quest, called them to make sure it’s still free. I recommend Quest, and very upset with the customer service at CVS.

Nightmare of a pharmacy. They "lost" the directions for my script when sending it out to another pharmacy, conveniently. Expecting the secondary pharmacy to do their leg work and inform me. Not only has it been frustrating beyond belief, I haven't been able to get my prescriptions for 2 days due to their poor ethic. Emily (pharmacist) has not helped in the slightest and gives poor excuses of outdated technology for as to why they don't keep records. Oh, and the manager won't talk to you politely, approaching my call with a huff and annoyance stating "ok I can't tell you anything about that, it wouldn't matter if I did tell you because you can't do anything with the information". Long story short, don't waste your time with these people.

On Nov the 8th, myself and my son, were assisted and helped and educated by the front cashier Representative her name is Ms. Hallie regarding the MoneyGram!! Process SHE IS AWESOME AND COURTEOUS AND WELL MANNERED AND PROFESSIONAL!!! And SO SINCERE THOSE QUALITIES YOU DON’T LEARN IN TRAINING THEY COME FROM WITHIN YOU AS AN INDIVIDUAL ESPECIALLY WHEN ASSISTING THE PUBLIC YOU WANT INDIVIDUALS LIKE THAT REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY WHEN DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC BECAUSE THE BEST FORM OF ADVERTISEMENT IS WORD OF MOUTH !!! Individuals like this make the public want to go back to certain stores !!! AGAIN HER NAME IS MS. Hallie SHE MIGHT LOOK YOUNG IN AGE BUT SHE HAS GREAT SENSE OF MATURITY AND COMMON SENSE !!!

Store is ok, but this has to be the worst pharmacy around.Extremely slow service! Seriously considering Walgreen's!
