This was a good experience like other customers have mentioned in other reviews but it gets worse when you become an actual paying customer unfortunately. Rates have steadily increased exponentially. In addition, they created an online payment system that I though would make it easier. However, my CC was stolen and I forgot to update it online. Even though I updated the CC, I only find out that I was assessed late fees even after updating the CC which they failed to provide any reasoning for except "Legal Purposes".As a customer for years, it is sad to have that experience and I would suggest caution when dealing with that storage company. There are many other storages that are around that can offer better.

If I could leave less stars I would. HORRIBLE experience. Made a reservation to move in on December 23rd. Manager called the day before and left message to confirm. I called back and it was the main corporate number so I asked them to have her call me again. Received an email the day of letting me know it was moving day. Showed up at 3pm with a moving truck and all my stuff only to find the office closed 5 hours early for the holiday. It's fine they closed early, but they were open for 4 HOURS and no one bothered to call to tell me they would would not be there past noon. Now I am stuck with a moving truck and nowhere to go until after Christmas which is 2 DAYS of now paying to keep this truck. Two confirmations and an email!!!! They have cost me now a ton of money and no where to go for the holiday!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

We have been clients at Ranpac Self Storage for nearly 4 years. The facility is extremely clean, access hours are ideal, and security is first-rate.The staff members are highly professional, helpful and kind. We're particularly grateful for Delmy's recent assistance. As the Manager, she's so very knowledgeable and ready to help. Delmy knows all of the ins & outs of the storage process...and is very attentive to her customer's needs. Also enjoyed a recent opportunity to speak with Robert. His extensive experience and commitment to Customer Care is evident in his positive interactions with onsite staff as well as customers.If you need a top quality Self Storage facility in the Temecula/Murrieta area, you would be very pleased with Ranpac on Elm Street.

This company is very suspicious and I have contacted the BBB but want to warn the community of their practices. On 6/13/23 I removed my card from autopay on the unit due to termination of employment. She intended to keep the unit so she was to contact the company to transfer ownership. On 7/17/23 I received the1st late notice from the company. On 7/27/23 I contacted the business to either transfer ownership of the lease or terminate the lease. Company approved Doucsign option due to distance and I submitted my information. 8/17/23 I Received a Notice of Lien Sale and this is the first communication since the last email. I was not followed up with regarding the ownership transfer and I called management immediately. They confirmed they would reach out to my old boss. again to initiate the transfer process and update me. I offered a payment arrangement to settle whatever was owed as I did not like the language being used and requested next steps to terminate the lease. On 9/13/23 I received another past due notice for $210.95. I Inquired what this was about since I still had not been updated on the unit and last I heard from the team they were in communication with my prior employer and working out the transfer along with receiving all money owed. At this point,they seem to be looking to hold me responsible still which is inappropriate. Matter escalated to Robert who is threatening legal action against me and sending me portions of the lease agreement to frighten me into paying the balance. From my perspective, either this unit is still under my name, which means they did not process the transfer and allowed an unauthorized party access to the unit to empty the belongings which is a breach of contractOR the transfer has gone through and my boss left items behind. In this case, they should pursue her for any fees for over belongings.*note: All of this is over $210.95. Probably a nominal amount for a business but certainly a lot for a single person in this horrifying economy where most people can't afford food. You'd think that and the clear numerous errors on their end would mean something to management.

Wow! Delmy was so sweet and super helpful! She explained everything to us, and got is into a storage unit within 15 minutes. Thank you so much Delmy! So glad we chose Ranpac so get out unit.

I just received incredible service from their manager Christopher!! I was unsure about what unit size I wanted and he was very patient and kind as he showed me a bunch of different units. Not to mention this was right before closing time. I really appreciated all the help! Def come here for your storage needs.

I recently rented a storage unit at Ranpac and as soon as I walked in everyone greeted me with such kindness. Chris rented me my storage unit and was very nice, with great customer service. This storage place is in a great location, air conditioned inside and the storage units are very nice and clean. Thank you Chris for making my experience great as new customer.

Linette is definitely an asset for any company! I was also surprised how clean the storage was. I am a "type A" and had brought a broom etc to clean it up first. But there was nothing to clean. The whole place, inside/outside, was already super clean and bright. Oh, Chris the other manager was friendly and helpful too! Thank you Ranpac for your outstanding facility and excellent people at the office.

Very nice and helpful people in a safe, affordable location. I appreciate the staff's help setting up my storage needs. They have various equipment that helped me move my furniture and other items.The Elm street location offered lower space rents- which is why I moved here and it is very clean. They even offer a referral bonus. Nice- so mention me, so we both get the bonus.

Very clean and convenient to safely store your equipment and personal treasures. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I got a great deal and I'm very pleased with the service. I highly recommend Ranpac self storage to anyone who has storage needs.
