Middle of the day Monday 430pm doors locked. No sign posted nothing. No out to lunch signs on any doors. Door inside the store is ajar which lets me know someone is either there or returning. People are walking up to the door knocking and no one inside. This is real time Monday 4/10. Will be calling corporate or franchise owner. This is crazy. Knocked on the door a final time and the worker said he gets an HOUR lunch. How do you take an HOUR lunch and have no one to cover your lunch? How is that company policy?? And when people are getting off work and coming to pay their bills. And don't labor laws say you need to take lunch before the 6th hour in California. So if the store opens at 10 how are you barely going to lunch at 430pm?! Yeah okay!

Unbelievably deceptive and completely shady !! My recent experience to my surprise was with the store (Manager) Danica, in the Murrieta location. I explained that I would be interested in an (Apple) phone. The manager suggested the (Apple SE) the only one in stock, she then brought it out from the back, I immediately noticed that the phone was previously owned, as there was also already a glass screen saver on it. as well as some random double ended cord, with 8% battery life?? For $399.00. She then went on to say there's a PROMO deal going on, were "I COULD pick (3) items from the display shown. (a blue tooth speaker, blue tooth headphones, a car charger, or a phone case). "Oh I can, for free" i asked, she replied "Yes, or I can offer you this Bluetooth speaker on this table. "Oh wow, really. Ok Ill take the large speaker in the box". She then reminded me that I would have (7) days to return the phone. The total bill was $617.00. The very next day, my mom said to return the phone due to its poor function. So when I went to the store I was told the amount I would be getting back would be ($284.99) WHAT??? The deceptiveness was in the sale itself , the promo that she hooked me on by saying it would be free, and at no time did she say that I would only be getting back a forth of what i payed. So I left the store! That same day, I called to speak to the "manager" I was shocked to know that the person who sold me this was the manager. she would not honor the return in full, due to the "PROMO" deal that she offered me, by saying it would be "free" , and I have 7 days to make a return. This person needs to be fired for the way she is conducting business, and ripping off customers, its shady and downright criminal behavior.

EXTREMELY unhelpful. My wife went in to get her replacement phone from the insurance updated with data from her old phone. They said they couldn't do it because the wifi was broken on the replacement phone. Instead of replacing her new phone, they upgraded her. My wife told me what they did and I called to have them stop the upgrade but Dia Talen refused to cancel it and just replace the broken phone they gave my wife and charged her more for an upgrade. I asked to speak to her superior and she said she is the store manager and there is nobody higher up I can talk to.

I USE TO' Love you,,, but you keep changing the Rules. I had hot spot for a year, i called to add my new phone and they said my phone was NOT' Compadible? After a year? Then they wouldn't take my new phone , my fault, I didn't ask. After that call the they would say ..we went thru our H.SPOT in 2 days. Even when we weren't home Naaa, I haven't been Happy. But my hubby takes care of this acct. So. Oh!!! But customer service is very nice

Hailey was great. Chill, kind, and great service. The manager however Dayanara watch it with her. She tried to sell my husband a $200 phone for $680. She made it seem she was hooking him up with accessories and a speaker but in reality she just leased him a phone plus leased accessories that added up to her made up price of $680. In total after months of payment it would have been over $1k. All he wanted was a $200 phone he saw on cricket wireless website. She was deceitful, will try and rob you from your money so please read your receipts and don't believe her hype or lies. Check prices on cricket website before. Online my husbands phone was $200.

To be honest, this was our location of choice. After going to a couple of different Cricket store locations, my hubby and I found this location to have the best costumer service, with knowledgeable representatives. However, that all changed December of 2019. When we went to add a phone to our plan, the sales girl did not seem to be able to answer simple questions concerning changes in our family plan. As the normal guy wasn't there; my spouse and I decided to come back later. A few weeks later, with time running to purchase the phone before Christmas, the hubby and I went back in. Now there were two sales girls acting squirrelly about changes to our plan when added another phone. But again, time was running out, we had to get the phone. Let me add, that when we have gotten phones during the Christmas season, there have been freebies. None were offered when getting my son's phone... and both my husband walked out feeling this had more to do with the inexperience of the staff.

None were offered when getting my son's phone... and both my husband walked out feeling this had more to do with the inexperience of the staff. But, I digress.... In January when our automatic payment was withdrawn, the bill had jumped up over a hundred dollars!!! I quickly went back to this location, as the bill should have only gone up thirty bucks. Well, turns out the addition of the new phone had not been set up right. The fix to set the account up correctly was quick. However, I had to call later when it was discovered that the difference had not been credited back into my account. Well, as my son used the phone a pocket developed between the screen and the screen protector. The pocket kept getting bigger, and soon it was so big that he could not use the phone. So, as they installed it at this location, and I could not get it off; I took my son, the phone, and the screen protector back to the store. When we walked in my son tried to explain what was happening. But, the initial representative immediately started questioning if it had fallen into water. My son had to assert himself and explain again that a pocket was developing between the screen and the screen protector. The sales representative began talking about receipts, and I interjected that we just needed her to take the screen protector off. I then walked acrossed the room to the screen protectors. I asked my son to verify which one he had installed on this phone. From behind us the representative again started talking about refunds, and receipts. I explained that I just need her to take the screen protector off. The representative, walked into the back and came back with another representative... Who began explaining that there was only a seven day return policy, and that was with receipt. Three times I asked them to solve an issue, with no request for a refund. And, three times the employees at this location were too busy trying to provide the lowest form of customer service to even hear my request. So, I asked again that they just take the screen protector off of the phone, I added that I would call regard my customer service experience. To which they said... Nothing, because they still did not hear me. I left my son, the phone, and the screen protector in the store, and walked outside to make that call. I filed a complaint and was told that the store manager would call to follow-up. The whole process took thirty minutes, in which time my son still had not come from the store. the two sales reps were still unable to get the screen protector off. I told my son to get his phone and lets go. I waited another ten minutes, finally my son emerged, upset... with his phone, and a screen protector that was shattered!!! When they couldn't get the improperly installed screen protector off, they busted it to pieces. I do not know if it could have ever been properly installed if left in one piece. But, I figured I would ask the manger about it when he called. Just one more problem... after a week, no call from the manager to follow up.
