I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with the service. When I went in for a job-related physical exam, I was turned away due to an incorrect form. Upon calling back for clarification, I was hung up on and later interrupted when trying to obtain the necessary form name. The front desk staff was exceptionally rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend this service.

It was a four hour wait for my pre-employment physical, labs, and drug screening and it wasn't very crowded. However, the staff was helpful and caring.

I did have to wait for a while, I get they are busy & I am a patient person. I just had to get TB & blood draw done & they took care of me well! The only suggestion I'll say is that if you do need to go to this office, either don't have plans in the next 3-4 hours or don't have any plans at all. I didn't have plans that day so waiting in the lobby was my downtime.

I've been trying to have my FMLA form filled out correctly for almost a month now. That means no money for food for almost a month. They don't use online to submit documents for EDD, they can't read a simple 1 page document, and they have the gall to tell you it's your fault. I'm not the one with the rubber stamp. ?

This is my favorite urgent care. They take very good quality care of their patients and I hate when I end up at a different urgent care. The biggest negative is wait times can get excessive when they’re busy and short staffed. All in all I love this place especially on the slower days.Physical therapy is AAA (triple A) excellent.Pro tip: go early in the morning.

This office was great! What ever bad experience was in the past has been rectified. The place was clean. Staff was courteous and proficient. I'm sure glad I have it a try. Thank you Concentra ifMurrieta! A very satisfied customer!

The staff has been excellent especially the girls up front. They have always been so kind to me & went above and beyond to see me seen was having some issues on my end with some paperwork being sent to them! They were awesome The staff in the back was great as well. Only reason why I have a 4 was because I saw 2 different doctors which were super great but gave me two different diagnoses so I was a bit confused but we got it all settle. I would recommend this place. The wait is a little long your first visit but overall I have had a nice experience.

Overall staff was great and willing to help when I didn’t have proper forms. However when it comes to work physicals and drug screening they either should have more staff or a quicker check in process I was sitting for over an after till the was asked to follow a link…. I was sitting for about an 1 hour 20 till I physically saw them out my chart up and it still took an additional 37 min for the to even call me back.. the process once u was called in was nice smooth and clean and fast…. But there has to be a better system for the wait time

Although I had wanted to have a great experience here, I came in for a physical exam for employment and ended up waiting around 4 hours. By the time they took me to the back I waited another 20 mins in the room for a provider and the physical itself only took no more than 10 minutes. I was utterly confused on why the wait was so long. I came back in a few days later to get my TB skin test read, although they called me in fast to get it read the medical assistant who read it was extremely abrupt and rude. This overall was a not so great experience.

This was my second time visiting this clinic and everyone, from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors who took care of me were very professional and kind. The facility is beautiful and impeccable. Although my appointment took a little longer than expected, I received all of the care that I needed and was out within two hours (I even received a snack while I waited to be seen) A special thanks to Laura for scheduling my appointment, Amelia H. for checking me in, and Walter for answering all of my questions regarding my procedure. Thank you!

Front desk staff lack enjoyment and don’t appear to enjoy their job. Very impersonal, and spend more time chatting with one another than helping patients. Overheard them talking about “not getting off on time” and having to take more patients. Nowhere is it posted that patients are not taken after a certain time.Once in the back, the staff was great, sociable, and professional. Can’t say anything negative about the service received once in the back.

Wow. I've gone to other concentra locations before but this one was just disgusting. It's October when I'm writing this and the first thing I saw when I walked in was three moldy rotting pumpkins in the waiting room. Considering this is technically a medical facility you'd think one of the staff would take a look at those and say "hey maybe we should toss this gross pumpkins". It makes me doubt the cleanliness of this MEDICAL FACILITY. The front desk staff are also rude but that's no surprise considering how nasty the place is.

I waited for 3 hours to be taken back for my physical and tb test for my employer. First thing I was told when I got back there was that they don't have the TB test. Okay?? Why would you not tell me that 3 hours ago so I could come back later maybe?? I ask the front desk lady exactly that when I finished my physical and she had the gall to ask what else I'd be doing today instead. Maybe working and making money like any other adult? I get a call two hours after I left and drove an hour home informing me that the tests were in stock and to come back. I then proceeded to wait another 3 hours, fill out all new paperwork that I already completed prior and got zero apology from the staff. The massive oversight and neglect for other people's time is appalling. Concentra should be embarrassed to employ people who so clearly lack the ability to communicate. Also not sure the name of the male doctor who drew my blood but he picked up a dirty pen in a dusty corner of the room to mark my arm and didn't use an alcohol wipe before drawing. Luckily I haven't gotten an infection yet but I was literally too stunned to speak when he did that.

I had to come in the day before for a physical and the front desk told me it would be 3 hrs.I ended up having to leave after being there 6 hrs with out being seen. Other patients had come and gone. The following day I returned and I was able to be seen in an hour. Other patients were rude and harassed the front desk about having to wait but it ignored them. The person who performed my physical seemed tired. The clinic is unorganized. I have gone to other concentra clinics and had a better experience. What I didn’t like about my last visit, is that I get that I would get into an altercation with a patient being rude, but I had to get my business complete. No one should have to deal with an environment like that.
