I called in advance and they said they we open and no line nothing I came all the way from Palmdale and yet they did call me back or Informed me there systems where down at the time ....that I called this place is terrible and bad

I've never walked into this bank without at least 2 or 3 people greeting me BY NAME! The service is consistently fantastic. Plus, free ATM use everywhere more than makes up for there being only one location. However, the reason to do business with these professionals is stellar service.

I've been a member of Commerce Bank of Temecula Valley since before it opened as I am a small investor in it. I had never invested in a bank but felt comfortable doing so as I got to meet and know the Board of Directors and staff. This is the only bank I've ever seen in my 47 years that knows you by name. Literally everyone says hello to you by name. They have cookies, coffee, and water in the lobby. They offer their conference room, projector, and refreshments to the community for free. They go out of their way to help you with approvals, advances, and just friendly advice when you're considering a deal. My wife does most of our banking and brings the kids in with her nearly every time and they are excited to visit. They are a pillar of the community, host multiple chamber functions annually, and donate time and money to other events throughout the year.

Commerce Bank of Temecula Valley is a great bank to do business with. Ask for Mark Merritt who is an outstanding representative of the bank. They are quick to respond to our requests large or small. They also let us know which financial areas might need additional time or ways to improve. The tellers are fantastic because they take care of issues and requests immediately. Randy S

My husband and I own a very small brewery. We applied for two loans with this bank and was incredibly impressed with the customer service provided and the amazing interest rates. No one else would give us the time of day for funding and Commerce Bank of Temecula Valley welcomed us with open arms and provided amazing Small Business loans for us. We now have the funds for our equipment and working capital to expand our business. Words can not express how eternally grateful we are to this bank and all their employees. This is what banking should be, honest, straight forward, and filled with integrity wanting to help the small business community succeed. Thank you, thank you THANK YOU!!! Our dreams to expand are no longer a pipe dream but a reality thanks to Commerce Bank of Temecula Valley. We truly love you guys!!!!

Terrible customer service at this bank. Eugenie one of the terrible tellers here should be fired for her discourteous, rude and unprofessional way of dealing with customers. She certainly should never be allowed to interact with customers. (Check out other online reviews of this bank, she is mentioned several times by other customers and now ex-customers.) When we brought this up to her manager Sandra, she could only stand and defend Eugenie (Who would have guessed that?), then asked if we were so disappointed with the service they provided, why we didn't we just close out account there...........Who said the customer is always right eh?....Would never recommend this bank to anybody who values good customer service. Hopefully new owners will get rid of unprofessional representatives of their business...............Plenty of banks in the Temecula & Murrieta area that treat their customers as valued customers...Check them out!

Terrible experience over the last 2 days with this bank. Eugenie a teller here is the most discourteous, rude representative of any company or bank I've ever dealt with in over 35 years. Her manager Sandra was no better when I brought it up to her, she just defended her and "couldn't believe" that Eugenie would be rude. Google this place, she is the common denominator in the complaints for this bank. If she worked for me she would have been fired long ago.

Referred by a friend/business colleague. Not a great experience during our few months with them, expected far better. I guess good customer service is a thing of the past, and even the smallest of banks are too big to care. Avoid Eugenie, the rudest representative of a business I have had the misfortune to speak to. (I should have done my homework, there are a few bad reviews where she is named)......Bank hunting again I guess
