Don’t try their car wash here. You pay “Luxury” but you get a regular wash. What happens before you get a car wash and someone else is already using the machine, you’ll get a crapy car wash,when it is your turn, then whoever’s behind you will get a good car wash. All it did was wet my car, gave me the triple foam, did the brushes on the side, the one’s in the hood did not come down so my hood is still dirty, and made me go for the drier. So my car was only clean on the sides. I will never go back to this location for a car wash anymore.

Beware. This is a *jackson* chevron. They do not honor the Chevron app. Went in to purchase a lg drink. They wouldn't take my app number. They said this is a Jackson station, and my app wasn't honored there.. my .79 cent drink cost me 1.75. Go to a real Chevron station. They are way over priced!

So I have had this problem before with the particular gentleman 2 other times I needed air for my tire after paying inside for gas and going back in to ask to turn the air on. I have never had with any one other than kobe. For some the air doesn't turn on after going back into the store two other times then Kimberly explaining how if it's not a clear shot that the air button doesn't reach I've never had this problem with anyone else I've come all different times of day and night. I've come when this place is empty I've come when there's other vehicles pumping gas. I don't know what this gentleman's problem is with me I've come here for many years I have just learned to rewaljk after having surgery from a bad accident. With that being said it's very painful to walk the distance from the air pump back into the store but I've never complained to him other than this time. At this point I feel it's something he has particularly against me I've always been nothing but polite to this gentleman. Kimberly was polite to me as I was polite to both of them, until after the third time of walking in back into the store asking for the 3rd time that's when I asked Kobe what his problem was with me I can't say that I was at my politis point at that time however the frustration has gotten to me. The store is always clean lines are often long that usually means good service. I'm only writing this review negative because it's only with this person there have been a problem. I would not mind paying other than the air costing $2.50. I had the last time because I couldn't get back out of my car to walk the distance again but I think $2.50 for air is ridiculous. Thank you for reading my post and taking it into consideration. I'm not sure if I'll come back to this place however it is convenient for me to come here for where I live.
