I've been a Chase customer for over 25 years and I'm finally done with them. I walked into the Murrieta branch today (at a little before 2pm) to open a Business Checking Account. I was checked in by a teller and told to wait for the person they assigned me. 20 minutes goes by and then my name was called. I was promptly told "Its time for me to go to lunch, so you will have to come back around 3pm". At about 3:10pm, I once again check in with the front desk and was assigned to the same customer service rep. About 10 minutes goes by and he comes over and says "I have other customers I have to help, so we will have to reschedule you. This branch deserves ZERO stars......

I was going to give one star because of Lisa's disrespectful and unprofessional behavior towards me but luckily Michelle changed my mind what a sweet thoughtful considerate and professional teller. People like her still are out there and the reason why I still have hope in humanity.

I want to thank Vincent and everyone at this chase branch for helping my elderly father out. My father had recently had a bad experience at another local bank and was hesitant to open an account elsewhere. Vincent was so patient with him and helped him find the right products for him. I’ve been Banking with one company for the last 30 years, and we decided to open new accounts with Chase at Murrieta Branch. We are very satisfied with their service, and I think this branch definitely deserves better ratings. The Branch associates are very friendly and professional, and special thanks to Vincent (PCB), who helped us with our new personal accounts and my LLC account!

I am a manager and I frequently come to this location to use their kiosk - today I get there about 1140 and there was 1 customer ahead of me using the kiosk. While I was waiting my turn, I was looking around and seen 1 teller at the teller desk and I also noticed that their was no line. Please keep in mind, the teller seen me and looked back at her computer, did not even acknowledge me, ( I figured she was busy) for a second, I thought I could just walk up to the teller for faster service, however; I choose to wait for the kiosk since the teller looked deep in thought at her computer screen. It was now my turn, I walked up to the kiosk and inserted my card, I then hear WELCOME TO CHASE HOW CAN I HELP YOU TODAY!!! I looked at the teller and she was all smiles, but looking past me, I look behind me and an older white lady was walking in and about to get in line behind me to use the kiosk. I looked at the teller and just said WOW!!!!!!! I continued with my transaction and was thinking to myself, "Why was I not greeted and asked for help?" Since I was the only Hispanic customer in line, I definitely felt discriminated upon and will not be coming back. This definitely needs to be looked into by upper management.

Went to ATM. Trash everywhere! Spider webs and dirt on ATMs and biulding. The places looks ghetto. Obviously no pride on part of the manager there. If I was the manager I would go out and pick up trash and at the very least, wipe down the windows and ATMs.Have complaints been made to the property owner about the trash in the complex? Shopping carts full of trash......

Vincent literally made it an incredible experience. He was down to earth, personable, very willing to explain anything and everything. This was the first time I’ve ever enjoyed being at a bank! Thank you so much Vincent!He was the literal difference between going to a random bank & being a random customer, and feeling seen. He was answered all of our questions, and even helped let us know of things we could do for a better financial future. Then thirty minutes later he called to give me an answer that typically would take a few days to have, but he found out and wanted me to know.Yes I realize this all sounds like things that SHOULD happen at a bank appointment, but typically it doesn’t. Or if it does, it comes with feeing transaction.This visit, was surprisingly enjoyable AND informational. By far the best & healthiest bank visit I’ve ever had, and Vincent R is to thank for that.

I just went to the drive up atm about 15 minutes ago and as I was leaving an elderly female bank employee with thick black glasses was walking in the middle of the driveway towards me. Whoever is in charge of this lady please make sure she does not commit this reckless act again because had I not seen her in time, she would’ve lost her life today.

I tried calling this location to make an appointment to speak with a banker for 3 straight days and the machine said they were busy and to call back. The third day I called after hours and left a message and they never responded.You can not speak to a banker without an appointment here and they seem to make you go in and stand in line just to make that appointment and then come back another day.My time is more valuable to me than that and there are alot of options to bank with.

I wish I could give more than 1 star. Local Staff is really friendly and helpful. I wired $ to my wife’s account. Deducted from my account same day as always. 10 days later no $ received at my wife’s account. I spent about 10 hours on the phone with different department and all what I have been told Chase did their job. Money gone. I suggest everybody to close the account in this institution as they provide very little safety.

Worst customer service. My wife and kids have have multiple accounts with chase. When we brought our teenagers in to open accounts we were told we had to have an appointment. We work crazy hours and never know when we have time available to come in here. Now we come in close a savings account and put me on my wife's checking and are told we need to make an appointment. It's literally a 5-10 min process. 3 people here to help us and 2 with customers and 1 just sitting at her desk. Waited 15 mins before the the lady sitting doing nothing comes to help us and said her appointment canceled . Literally took the 10 mins I thought. There's nothing saying anywhere that you need to make an appointment to handle things on your account. I'm seriously debating on changing banks

Michelle helped my mom and I so very much. Michelle was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. Excellent service! Professional and understanding. Will definitely come back here agin.
