I have been helped by these guys like three times now and they are so easy to get along with. They have been very fair about pricing out some coins and some metal that I had on hand. They gave me a way better price than three other places I checked out. They’re also super fast.

Absolutely horrendous service. These people are crooks. They are lying, cheating, scumbags. I cannot even fathom how they have stayed in business, oh ya because they rip people off. I saw a poor woman turn in a beautiful ring and get completely taken advantage of. That ring was worth 10 times more than what they offered her for it. She was a cancer patient literally dying. I wish I could give - negative stars. Will never come here again.

I've sold watches, diamond earrings and coins here and I've also bought some of my favorite one-of-one pieces here! They always have really unique jewelry and a great selection of Native American silver and turquoise. Check back often!

In the day when customer service, honesty and integrity are hard to find, Dylan and his entire staff at California Jewelry & Coin (CJ&C) in Murrieta, have remained the standard of professionalism. Of all the pawnshops in the I.E., CJ&C offers loans that are comparable to the value of your merchandise (no low-balling), and they are the only pawnshop that I personally trust with my valuables (you can rest assured that you will receive your merchandise back in the same condition that you gave it to them--no shady dealings). Don't sell your stuff here they're not professional at all as soon as you walk in they judge you and the older guy with glasses profiles you and waits until you sit on the chair and says he's not able to give you any money for the item you bring to them. two girls went in before and they walked out almost instantly because they got told the same thing.

The only coin shop in the area who will always offer spot for silver and gold bullion. Other shops in the area by under spot while also selling with high premiums. One things for sure if you walk in this shop you will be at-least offered spot for bullion.

Last week, I followed my husband’s advice and went in to find out how much some family jewelry might be worth. I was not interested in selling it but wanted to get an idea of the value. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming and friendly. I couldn’t help but to look at their jewelry and I ended up purchasing a pair of beautiful diamond earrings. I have only ever purchased jewelry from “regular” jewelry stores. But now will always consider coming here first. Their prices are great on top of their excellent customer service!

dylan ease easy one of the most ethicl ive ever met.other jewlers will tell you to leave your ring overnight, so they can switch out you diomendsyoull never know.dylan is so ethical.go there..he will be fair...20 out of 10 stars...good guitar player too!!great example of a real business man.
