Claimed they had a specific used tire size and when I arrived they now claimed they don’t have any used tires in that size only new and the price was $125 when the quote on the phone was $105 for a new and $55 for used. They are cheats trying to swindle and get over on people don’t come here

This place was super fast and amazing. Honest and the price was amazing. Customer service on point. When other tires shops wanted me to leave my car for 1-2hrs for a nail repair these guys did it in 10 minutes super fast and professional. Don't waste your time and money anywhere else come to Cal Tires buen servicio al cliente. Los mejores y mas honestos

I don’t think it’s called Cal Tires anymore, however the person who helped me was fantastic and transparent. I purchased a used Michelin tire (285/75/16) to use as a spare for my Land Cruiser. The tire is in excellent condition, with probably 70% tread and no visible repairs. With a new valve stem, and disposal of my old tire, I paid less than $100. I brought my spare in ‘loose’ to make the trans action easier, and I was on my way in approximately 20 minutes.

Brought my car in to get a tire replaced. They mentioned I might want to switch it to the back of it vibrates at the rim was bent. I came back today to have it switched to the back. Was told 10 mins due to helping another customer. While I was waiting I notice two other people pulling up to ask questions and one even had air put on his tires. 15 mins later I went to ask how much longer and noticed the guy was up front looking at his phone. He then told me about 15 mins before he can help me. I mentioned to him I was at my lunch when he gave me the first 10 min mark. He told me to be back at 4. Bad service.

I was helped right away and I got a good used tire for a great price definitely will be returning to get some more tire's. Customer service was excellent and they even take debit if you have no time to get cash.

Went in to find a spare tire, I purchased a slight used all terrain tire and included installation at a very reasonable price. The customer service and work performed were excellent. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Cal tires .
