I love the deals and the store is very organized. But one of the staff was very rude with attitude in the fitting room. Yelling at my son to not go insidenthe fitting room and he has to wait. when he was in the sitting benches on the guest benches outside which is allowed. I repeated multiple times that he was sitting and waiting for his turn but she didn't listen to me and kept raising her voice

Having one employee for 20 customers in line should be a California violation of mental healthy suffering….where is the respect for workers to customers.I hope you corporate American company has some common sense in employee to customer ratio….email me if you need some elementary lessonsI wish i worked here just to sue your company

Bad experience! Fitting room was closed because they don’t have enough staff,was waiting for 20 minutes,talked to supervisor… no help at all….

Covid has been over for a year and a half yet, Burlington like so many other establishments, would rather lie to us about a “shortage of potential employees” than admit they are running short-staffed intentionally, to save on wages/salaries making up for revenue lost during Covid. This must stop!! Long lines and 1 or 2 registers open, is ridiculous, inconvenient and downright insulting.

Crazy good deals! I was pleasantly surprised with all the cute items that I found! The prices are amazing and super affordable. You might have some trouble finding things that appeal to you at first, but it'll be worth it once you do! The security guard at the door and the cashier were both so kind and welcoming! Everything was fairly organized and not as messy as the other stores I've been to. I can't wait to go back!

If your looking to work here don't ! I used to be an employee here, The store manager Adrian is very unprofessional and hires a bunch of people just to get one day of work every two weeks , does not have a set schedule, and wastes everyone's time and gas.

Parking was easy. Racks are jammed packed, and there is no room to push things down to look at the items, Aisles are very narrow and can't fit the shopping cart through the aisle if someone is already in the aisle. Some departments were very messy.

I went into Christmas shop. Found three bags I liked. Two didn't have tags on them so I was going to take them to the front to get prices. Before I could even leave the bag section to continue shopping some prissy lady radioed to security to watch me. I'm not an idiot and I have good hearing. He then whips around and stares at me. It's so uncomfortable that I'm some sort of thief (at Burlington mind you ). I decided to end my shopping trip short and go somewhere else. Then they all proceeded to look at me like a crook until I explained what the situation was. They looked up the prices, I chose one and immediately left. I won't be back. Don't judge people like that you jerks. Won't be back. Unless it's to return the bag because frankly, they don't deserve my business or anyone else who doesn't want to feel like a freaking criminal while casually shopping.

I had to find a red outfit for a holiday event. I was so pleased to find 6 totally different styles to try in in my size! I ended up with a rompers, and scored a cute jacket that matched fantastically!

Everyone wants to save a buck right? But at what cost? The store is an absolute train wreck. Nothing is organized and there is product all over the place. It’s honestly a fire hazard. Everything is so packed tight two people can’t walk down the same isle. Then you go check out and there are only four people checking customers it. There are 13 check stands. What’s the point of having all the check stands and not using them. Then after you purchased all of the stuff you can’t even take the cart out to your car. You have to carry all the bags to your car. Don’t waste your valuable time.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Store was clean, which says a lot considering most Burlingtons are trashed. Clothes were really mixed up though. I spent a good 20-30 mins having to look through every piece of clothing trying to find stuff for myself and my kids.

One of my favorite stores, but they just lost a valued customer. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the inflexibility of the staff. The store opens at 0800. Had my cart full of clothes that I wanted to try on. I was told that the dressing room wouldn't be open until 10:30, even though employees were walking around the store, some working, some socializing, but no one was kind enough to assist. Who was to hangout at the store for 2 an a half hours to try something on?especially when I'm trying to spend my money and support your business. I asked several employees and their acted like I was asking them to do something illegal and were very inflexible. Also they gave me a look looked like I was crazy for asking. So I left and went to Ross next door and I spent my money there. Will never shop at that Burlington again!.Poor, poor customer service all around.

Is late you have plenty of employees waking back and forth small line only 1 register tf you thinking. As I walked out, a Male employee at 1043 decided to yell out. Bye, Ugly as I walked out. He was behind the counter, walking back and forth for a while. Helping the woman at register 5. Whoever the manager is. You should check on your employees. People will be frustrated if you're taking forever and only have 1 register and to have an employee yell that out. Shows they have a lack of customer service
