This Bowlero is absolutely amazing the staff and managers are all kind and friendly. We started going here when we moved out to the area in March and now the staff knows our names and the bartenders remember our orders. The lanes are usually good and oiled and when your there on league nights everyone is just great.

I recently celebrated a birthday at Bowlero, and I honestly can't say enough good things. The arcade was super cool, the environment is great, but honestly, what really made the difference was Stacie. She anticipated every need, was cheerful and knowledgeable, and just made the entire experience so much better. I know my friends and I will be coming back just to see her (I personally live a little closer to a different Bowlero, but she is worth the drive!)
Amazing, life long memories were created.
(I just had to post a review despite doing the internal email thing).
Go! Have fun! And if the person taking care of you says her name is Stacie, you're in for a treat!

I was in a league on monday night, but had to quit because the music was too loud and the front desk wouldnt turn it down. Had to purchase noise cancelling ear buds just to bare it.

I liked it at first but in lane 16 the reseting of the pins constantly was getting stuck and we had to contact the employees multiple times everytime

I WOULD TOTALY GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS, FIRST OFF WE RESERVED A LANE FOR 8:30PM WHEN WE GOT THEIR IT WAS ON TIME, THEN THEY STARTED MOVING US FROM LANE TO LANE BECAUSE THE LANES WERENT WORKING, SO WHEN WE FINALLY WERE SET UP THE SUPERVISOR LADY SAID SHE WOULD ADD TIME TO OUR LANE. WHEN 10PM CAME THEY TURNED OFF OUR LANE AND SAID WE WERE DONE WHEN WE WENT TO THE FRONT TO TELL THE CASHIER WHAT HAD HAPPENED SHE REFUSED TO GIVE US THE 45 Minutes that we were owed and paid for. Don't go here, They won't even let you bring in your own water, It's ridiculous.You have to drink there disgusting non Filtered water, And we left Our area clean and spotless, As.

Only Two shoe rentals. It was ridiculous, We paid full price, And got ripped offor 45 minutes..

Thanks to our state government increasing minimum wage and forcing companies to have skeleton crews this bowling alley is not a very good establishment. Rarely have we had solid customer service. Deal was good getting in but service in all areas is WEAK!!! It all starts at the top. FIX IT!!!!!!

Been here twice and really enjoyed the atmosphere and environment! I definitely would go here again if I want to go bowling again. Not something I do very often, but maybe I should try to bowl more!
