“After an idiot rear ended my baby, a 2011 CTS-V, that has been a garage queen with zero door dings and zero scratches I thought she would never be the same. Found RP Studios after scouring the internet for local body shops in area and as far as Escondido\Riverside. Brought her over to Rudy and he assured me that he and his team would be able to get her back to original condition and they didn’t disappoint, so much so that I have forgotten that she had ever been violated in the first place. (Car enthusiasts know what I’m talking about).
With meeting Rudy, I sensed confidence and assurance which put me at ease with my decision to go with RP Studios. I demanded original GM OEM parts which were hard to find due to age and options of the car. Rudy assured me that he would only use original OEM parts because aftermarket parts never fit quite right and leave gap differences and said, and I quote “He and his team are on the hook to provide nothing but high-quality work and results”. Another concern was the color match, a Tri-coat Black with aluminum flake, special order from factory, not easy to match, especially 13-year-old paint. Again, Rudy assured me that his team would be able to do an exact color match, and they didn’t disappoint! See photos. Trunk was not damaged or painted, bumper was. The paint matches perfectly!
If it’s an insurance claim, like most are, don’t worry, they got you covered! Nancy did an awesome job dealing with the insurance company and their shenanigans. Never backing down and pushing forward. She told me on one of my visits to the shop that “RP Studios works for me, the customer, not the insurance company. Nancy also did a great job searching for the correct parts, which wasn’t easy, finally locating them in Iowa.
I am so pleased and impressed with the level professionalism, craftsmanship and above all the honesty. It's really hard to find a mechanic/shop that you not only trust with your baby but honestly establish a relationship with during the process even though I bugged the heck out of them with questions and all were answered patiently and honestly. Also, the shop is very clean and well organized, which is always a good sign of high-quality work.

“Luis is a magician! I bottomed-out the right front lower corner of my Class A motorhome. Every time I opened the door I was reminded. I could see the crack and it would catch the automatic steps as they lowered making a scraping noise. Luis told me that to do the job right would require 2 to 3 weeks of RV down time as the fiberglass had to cure properly before sanding and painting. I could not have been more pleased with his work. His estimate was spot on for cost and time. It looks great!”

Because it’s the holiday season the parts probably took a little longer to get and install, but all in all took just under a month. They hooked me up with getting me over to the rental car company.
