Called asking to see if they had any boogie boards in store and one kid couldn’t answer until I asked if he could ask someone else, some other person and took about 10 mins to come back to phone to give me an answer and basically hung up on me after I just said ok great sounds good he says “yuuu” and hangs up… very rude and unprofessional. God forbid I want to know a simple question b4 wasting gas and time to come to a store to find out they don’t have what I need. Childish employees

The manager nick that was on duty 1-14 in the evening is very sexiest and dicrimitive against women. My girl friend was trying to ask for an item to buy, said the item 4 times and showed a coupon photo and when I tried to help and say the name because he for someone couldn't comprehend or listen then got mouthy with me asking who was purchasing the item and that if I was purchasing then I don't need to talk. It was very disrespectful and very rude and terrible customer service from a Manger not ot mention he took a long time to come out and help with the items. With that said I will not be going back to shop there and will drive an extra 15 minutes to another store to do my shopping.

RACIST EMPLOYEE works there! My husband, 2 children & myself were racially profiled by the older lady with the long blondish/white hair who works there. We went there to look for a specific basketball size for my son. As soon as we walk in, the lady is watching us like a hawk! While my family is browsing, I walk out to the trash can right outside the building to throw something away & as soon as I walk back in I’m met with the same lady asking me “Is there something I’m looking for” with the worst stank attitude ever. I tell her I’m just looking at the basketball section. After finding my husband, I told him that we can get what we are looking for somewhere else cheaper. So as we are leaving, he is looking at the fishing poles & other stuff & she is still staring at us watching our every move. There were plenty of other people in the store & she singled us out & made us feel very uncomfortable. I will be contacting corporate because there is nothing threatening or wrong about a family browsing a store for something their son needs for basketball practice. If she is going treat people like that based on skin color then she should not be working there or representing big 5.

They mislabeled football gloves price and didn’t want to honor the price that was advertised. Manager was rude and blamed the mislabeling on customers. Wow do better

Went to purchase a life vest, it was a body glove listed at 35$. The manager refused to honor the price after item rang up at a different price. She says they can’t lower it that much because the different was to high. It was 70$ originally. All she offered was 10% discount. It was clearly marked at a discount with multiple of the same items hanging at that price. Horrible customer service from the manager Elena. Done shopping at that store.
