Been going here a little over a year, even though the prices are a little higher than everywhere else, never had a problem, until last week, bought an elfbar vape, like I always do, and it only lasted a few puffs and was done.. I took it back and showed them something was off, they said there was nothing they could do. I went to a different smoke shop not far, and showed them was I was sold, they immediately recognized that it was fake. I will never go here again, despite all the positive reviews this place has, look how old they are, the new owner must be shady and has his employees Mike and Mary on board..my new shop sells them cheaper and it's authentic product. Shame.

Mike helped us out today and did an awesome job! Helped us pick out the right product ( I'm always super indecisive lol). He was super friendly and the prices were great. Definitely the cheapest i've been too.

Very kind and friendly service, and conveniently close to home for anyone near Old Town or west Murrieta. Add to that, their prices are better than most other smoke shops in the area. Store is very clean with a broad and consistent selection of popular items. I'm always able to get a bottle of Black Unicorn lychee salt nic when I go in, whereas that same selection proves a gamble at other places nowhere near as conveniently located. I recently had an issue with a new Suorin Drop that was dead out of the box. I called first and then brought the device in, and the proprietor very kindly replaced it for me, even though store policy would have restricted that happening at all as I had already thrown away the box. Bottom line, I won't shop for smoke or vape related products anywhere else. They call themselves Best Smoke Shop for a reason.

I was in the store about 45 minutes before closing. I bought a vape pod and it was boof (bunk). When I returned to the store at 8:31(closing is at 8:30) to exchange it or buy another item, the man working told me to "kick rocks." I'm very disappointed in the customer service and guarantee of your products. I will not be back unless a full refund is offered.

Very chill shop, the employees are always friendly and informative. I go here all the time, they recognize regulars which is cool. Not a wallet bully either, good people.

This business is selling counterfeit merchandise. I was told by the owner that only authentic products were sold. See the photo after entering the so called official code.Refused to refund my money when I showed him the proprietories statement after entering the code.What a joke this place is for vaping devices.

Best smoke shop I ever been to a lot of variety hook ups all the time best and biggest selection of puff bars, helix, bang, ezzy, hype, puff extra you name it and also they have the best selection on glass pipes, water pipes, bubblers everything they gave me 25./. Off my water pipe all that plus very good selection of vape juices vape mods coils and they have all kind of CBD products you name it they have it I highly recommended to go and check them out best of the best plus they will hook you up all the time not only the first time been going there for years and they never let me down ever

I will ALWAYS come to "Best smoke shop" for all my vaping products. They have the WIDEST variety in town and the best prices! Always a nice experience seeing the same faces & being treated with great customer service!

I was told by the owner that they only sell Puff bars that are officially certified by the manufacturer and do not sell counterfeit items. Well, they lied. I plugged in the varification code and look what pops up. I showed the owner of this fraudulent company and he refused to return my money due to opened items. There again I explained opened items were from trying to find one that didn't taste burnt. He would only return my money on 4 of them that hadn't been opened. Why you may ask yourself. It's because he is going to put them back on the shelf to sell again. Boycott this joint.
