“Our Dad's mobility scooter batteries were dead. Two gel-pack 12volt 22amp-hour units. American Battery had fresh new ones in stock at the right price. they tested our old ones; one was dead as a door-nail, the other barely read 5 volts.They took the spent cores off our hands and had us out the door with two brand new batteries in no time. Thank you. Recommended for all you lead-acid and gel-pack battery needs.”

While Auto Zone was just a few dollars cheaper, the customer service I received both on the phone and in person from O’Reillys was exceptional and definitely worth a few more dollars! German greeted me with a smile and dropped a new battery in my car in less than 10 minutes! “5 stars because Michele is the definition of customer service. We went in tonight looking to do a battery replacement through warranty, but had some trouble locating the purchase in their POS. We ended up leaving with the intention of coming back the following day to speak with a manager, but Michele ended up calling us that same night to tell us that she found the transaction and we could do the battery replacement that same night. We went back and Michele had us in and out in less than five minutes with a new battery replaced via warranty. Thank you, Michele! O'Reilly, this woman needs a promotion her customer service is top notch.”
