We sat down with Kendra and explained the situation. Kendra was very helpful and understanding. It felt like it only took 5 minutes and my daughter was approved. Afterwards Kendra expressed happiness and excitement for my daughter. She made us feel like she actually cared about her customers.”
“Every single time I need assistance weather it is on the phone or in person, they are amazing! They are timely, kind, efficient, and really seem like they care. I went in today because there was something that happened with my car loan (turned out to be a simple mistake on my end) and within 15 minutes it was resolved. I believe I saw Kristen. She was warm and found the issue immediately. She also helped me out with some of the fees I unknowingly acquired due to my silly mistake and it was fixed in minutes. Thank you Kristen and all that work for this credit union! I feel very appreciated :)”

Although we were not greeted- and had to ask for assistance - we found someone that was super helpful. I feel so relieved that my son is banking here now. The previous bank was unable to accommodate the needs of a young adult learning how to navigate the banking systems--without adequate customer service options available or reachable.”

I called to see if the forigen currency I had ordered had arrived since it was past the expected arrival date and I never heard from a anyone. The man who answered seemed annoyed I was calling and kinda rude. I was happy to say my in bank experience was the total opposite. JJ the teller was super nice, personable and helpful. There was no line so it was very fast and easy.”
