Entered the bank, there were two banking employees with other customers. Neither at least paused to say someone would be right with me or to see what I needed. I stood here for a few minutes and no one ever assisted me. The ATM was more helpful than these two humans.EDITED TO RESPOND: I tried to get assistance online, I never come into the branch so for me to come there, I really needed in-person support. These are all things your employees could have figured out giving me the time of day.

Flag is ripped and hanging upside-down on the Flag pole out front. Nobody inside and nobody answered phone to inform them.

Sandy the lady that works there is really helpful helped me set up a direct deposit for my work and was very friendly and had a very positive attitude highly recommend sandy and this bank of america location very good!

NO TELLERS! ALL MACHINES! COULDN'T EVEN PUT A DEPOSIT IN FOR MY BUSINESS. SO INCONVENIENT TO GO FURTHER. WILL NEVER GO BACK. SHAME ON THEM FOR Using machines in order to save money on labor! Boo!
