I've been a client here for close to 20 years. every time i go inside this branch i stand in line for at least 30 min plus and they only have 1 maybe 2 tellers open and they are the slowest. customer service is horrible it's impossible to get through to anyone. I'm going to remove all my money out and use another local bank. this bank and branch especially has gone downhill.

They dont answer phones. Phone dont even have a ringer (I tried calling while in the bank). Their ATM's have frequent card skimmers so be on the lookout for that. The old lady teller isnt transparent with you at all, she will take your check and deposit it when you want cash, and says "oh sorry its gonna be a week before you get the money, I cant undo it". This place is a joke. Go bank somewhere else. You're better off. Lots of shady stuff happening at this location.

I wasn't expecting much from this branch after my phone interactions. I called to see if the forigen currency I had ordered had arrived since it was past the expected arrival date and I never heard from a anyone. The man who answered seemed annoyed I was calling and kinda rude. I was happy to say my in bank experience was the total opposite. JJ the teller was super nice, personable and helpful. There was no line so it was very fast and easy.

Called B of A to inquire when our Murrieta branch would open...was told B of A didn't know why it's closed or when it would open ? I think it's time to switch to Chase some how they have managed to keep all of the branches open in Murrieta, Menifee and Temecula, perhaps B of A executives should use some of their profits to keep branches open.?
