“I've had these guys do my car twice on minor scratches I incurred and they have been nothing but professional and excellent work. They were both minor incidents and instead of charging me for a full repair, they were upfront and stated I just needed a good buff and charged accordingly. They could have easily charged for normal scratch service. Really appreciated the honesty and craftsmanship.”
“Without a doubt, customer service was a 5.0 . This shop was able to supply me with every single part I needed for my pressure washer system inside my Van. I was already running late to my appointments, but they helped me out on a timely matter, he opened his shop 20 minutes early and went above and beyond to assist me. They have the best equipment and all of my favorite products. If you haven't been here yet, I recommend you go. I always feel like a kid in a Candy shop. Shout out to SoCalWax Shop. The Best!”

“we, my vehicle, was involved in a collision last month. It was struck in the right rear bumper by a motorcycle, lane share. the rider was OK, his motorcycle wasn't. which he just got it back from the shop from being repaired due to previous accident. when it was time to look for an auto repair shop, ALL VALLEY seemed to have gotten really great reviews. well, those reviews didn't disappoint. the owner, Joe, his team members Sharon, and Janette, aka Jay, were outstanding. Sharon helped me at the beginning, Jay in the middle, and Joe, the owner, at the end. the vehicle came out very nice, with a few upgrades added on to it, no complaints!!! we were very happy with the service and the outcome of the repairs. it's unfortunate that we have to experience this type of situation, but we are glad we went with all valley auto. it was also nice that they were next to the rental car my insurance had referred us to. all lived up pretty good. I highly recommend all valley for any repairs your vehicle might need. in addition, they are family owned, so if you're about supporting local businesses, well, all valley welcomes you!!! stay blessed!!! salamat, mahalo nui loa!!! m/”

Knowledgable and willing to share information.I contacted Ron at Continental Battery Systems of Murrieta, looking for two large battery replacements for my Class B (Sportsmobile). He was able to get me two specific batteries (Centennial AGM CB12-210) as promised (date and time) and at a reasonable price. Due to the battery placement on my Class B and the batteries weighing close to 130 lbs each, I wasn't equipped to do this job by myself. Ron was able to recommend Temecula Valley Rv to make the swap. I made an appointment with Temecula Valley RV and I was very happy with his recommendation. I recommend Continental Battery Systems of Murrieta to friends and family”

Kimber reached out to yet another store in Hemet to help us find the trailer and riding mower we were looking for. Temecula lost out on 5k+ sale. And while Hemet will get the sale because they had it in stock and Murrieta did not, l think Kimber should get the credit for the sale.
