I was pretty happy with AT&T until I did an upgrade for my devices. There were things promised and I was told by one of the retail store employees at this location to call customer service and they will able to get credit back to my account . I called customer service and technically they laugh at my face saying that's not possible. Where is the integrity, where are supervisor, district manager looking into complaints and training millennials that don't care about representing the company they work dignity and work ethics. Now, I'm stuck with a really high bill for all kinds of hidden fees. I traded one of my phone out of the 4 devices that i got on installments. But I will be returning all the equipment to the store. I was also told by the manager at "customer service" that is my lost because I'm not getting my phone back and I will need to wait 2 to 3 billing cycles to see if they can refund me for my I phone I traded in. I'm sick and tired of companies that don't value existing customers and It doesn't matter how high you escalate because at the end no body is willing to take ownership on the employees mistakes.

I just visited the AT&T store and was assisted by Diego. We were there to cancel my Verizon plan and join an existing ATT Plan which only took us about 15 minutes! He was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us situated without any hassle. He patiently answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Diego and this AT&T store for all your mobile needs. The other employees were very friendly and helpful as well!

Have been at this AT&T Store several times. Diego was terrific in helping me upgrade and order another phone. Diego was friendly, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service from Diego and co-workers.

This is not an AT&T store. It is an authorized reseller. We came here to add a line two months ago. They changed our plan, added insurance we didn't ask for, added Next, which we didn't ask for and we lost our discounts due to the plan change. Phone bill increase by nearly 45%. Now, I am dealing with the real AT&T to fix all of the account changes that were made. Unfortunately, the sales person was incredibly misleading and did not mention any of the changes. He told me, and showed me the updated monthly amount (which went up nominally), and some how all of these costs are not reconciling to the number shown/agreed upon. Buyer beware.

Went in to upgrade my daughter’s cell. She had some issues with her screen. Rene, Michael and Jimmy were incredibly helpful. They suggested outside resources to help with repair. They went through all the scenarios of how to solve our issue. When we did finalize the upgrade, they were all so knowledgeable about the device! Jimmy saved me money on my family insurance plan. Rene made me aware of discounts for accessories. They all were so professional and really went above and beyond with their service!

My experience at the AT&T on Clinton Keith I had pleasure of being helped by Diego, I switched over from Verizon and he made the process quick and easy. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the quality of service I received from start to finish, I would recommend this nice store to family and friends thanks to Diego and his team!

My mom has been with att for 10+ years and by far, this is the best customer service we have gotten throughout those years. This store has the best staff. Michael, Diego, Jimmy, And the store manager Rene has been such great help. This group goes above and beyond. They strive to make sure their customers leave happy, with no complaints. Everytime I, or my family members have a problem. They make sure we get the best service. Thank you!!

Came to this location for an upgrade, and the staff was amazing!! Rene, Diego, Michael, and Jimmy were all very kind and knowledgeable. I got my new phone the same day!! Definitely come see these guys for your upgrade needs!

By far the best experience I’ve had in a phone store. If you are looking for a new phone this is the place to get it from. The gentlemen that was helping me I think his name was Renea was knowledgeable and was able to save me $20 dollars on my bill and took his time in helping me transfer all my data from old phone to my new phone and even spent time with me showing me all the new cool features on my phone. I will never go to another AT&T store

We went there to change our line from T mobile to AT&T. Diego helped us through the whole process and we could even trade our phones easily. Really appreciate Diego work and time for us. Hope the service remains the same.

Diego at AT&T in Murrieta off of Clinton Keith will bait and switch you leaving you with a much higher monthly bill than what they show you on their tablet in the store.I switch from Verizon 6 months ago and have been happy with the service in Murrieta. I went 3 months ago and Diego convince me to add a 3rd line and it would bring my bill down from $149 for 2 phones (one had a $9/month payment) down to $130 (after taxes, fees and the $4/month phone charge) which I though was a promotion that would surely fall off. He assured me it was not and even shows me on the iPad they use there.I reluctantly agreed and trusted Diego’s word and what was displayed to me.It’s been 3 months now and my new bill is consistently $185 (this is after the one time activation fees and the removal of all insurance). I’m now stuck in this contract for 3 years.Please beware of AT&T off of Clinton Keith road in Murrieta and even more careful of what Diego and his manager promise you.

I went to this location because my phone wasn’t working, and I was already having a hard day especially with this heat. Rene the store manager I believe, was so kind and helpful. He got my account and phone fixed all within in hour!!! Definitely a great store!

Great customer services, as well as their attention to detail. My experience visiting this store was fantastic. The manager Rene also came to make sure I was being helped to their exceptional standards. Definitely recommend going to this store.

Horrrible place to upgrade any of your devices or add a line.Rene authorized with out my consent to add on features and insurance on 2 phones. My bill came out to 380$ when I was used to paying 150$.He is a pathetic thief and karma will get to him. I will be reporting him. Yelpers, you are all warned :/
