The selection available on the floor it was excellent. Plenty of things to choose from Frank the Tank helped us out. He was amazing, easy peasy process. Had a small problem with closing the deal and the manager Tom was very accommodating, making it happen.

William of Murrieta Ashley Furniture is truly a professional. He greatest us and made us feel royal. He suggested I compare and that I would not find the quality and price at Ashley Furniture. He was correct. We went to Bob's and Jarome's. Ashley has them beat by price and quality by $300! The 5 year warranty is also the best. I highly recommend it! Thanks William!

Upon delivery of $5,000.00 worth of furniture, we realized that we had wrong measurements and the furniture does not fit in our living room. We immediately went to the store and the store manager told us that our purchase had not logged in yet and he said that we should call customer service, create a case and request if we can return or exchange. He said he will write an email and hopefully get us some help. After several days of trying to call customer service, we were finally told that there was absolutely NO way to return or exchange the furniture despite our detailed explanation and requests. Now we are stuck with furniture that would not fit well in our living room. We are not even asking returns but exchange but they will not help us . Be aware that they will not help you in any way in case you are not satisfied with your purchases. Unless you are 100 sure don’t buy here!!!!!!

Nathalie was very pleasant and helpful in our search for a new couch. Our first Ashley experience at a different location was a nightmare but this time was much more enjoyable. Nathalie gave space when needed yet was near when questions arised. Her knowledge of her showroom floor was top notch and she found us the perfect accessories to our new living room. This experience was so much less stressful and pressured than the last. Thanks Nathalie!

The worst furniture I have ever bought. I purchased a bed for my son, and it arrived damaged. They are unwilling to offer a return or replacement. I have called them many times, but the customer service is horrible. This will be the first and last time I buy from Ashley Furniture. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Nicole Portanova is an amazing sales person. She answered all my questions and concerns in a professional manner. I am going to keep buying from Ashley‘s furniture and the only person I am going to go see is Nicole Nicole made me feel welcome was very professional and very knowledgeable. I am going to refer friends and family to Ashley furniture only because of Nicole .
