We needed washer, dryer, and fridge so we decided to visit this store to check out the selections. Cam was very helpful in helping us find everything we needed, so we took the chance ordering open box appliances instead of the big box stores we typically use. Paco delivered and installed as scheduled. Appliances came with 1 year warranty. We had a problem with the dryer but they were able to resolve the issue. They were easy to work with and great at communication. We will be returning in the future.

Way better than paying full price. My fridge, washer and dryer are high end but I paid about half of the retail price for them, they only have minor dents and scratches. Some of the options here had major dents, but you can find ones that are reasonable
Customer service was great and they offer installation and delivery for a fee

Items are almost sold at the prices of new appliances, buy them at Home Depot and get a warranty instead. 0% interest when you finance it at Home Depot!

Every person that I spoke to over, the phone helped me tremendously. The price was amazing and I didn’t even have to come in store. Everything was done on the phone and the delivery was excellent.

We came here looking for a good deal on a fridge and washer/dryer for our new home. Cam is very friendly and answered all of our questions. She also gave us a great deal! Keep in mind they are open box and not in perfect condition but they do offer 1 year warranty.
