“Thank you to the entire team at Vista Pointe starting from the leasing office staff Sharon and Brianna to maintenance everyone is very welcoming. My family and I have had the pleasure of living at Vista Pointe over 2 years and in those 2 years our experience has been amazing, whenever we’ve had to have maintenance fix an issue it’s always been resolved the same day. Our family is growing and we have had to transfer to a bigger unit and both Brianna and Sharon have made the process as smooth as possible.”
“Really glad I chose this place for my first apartment experience, everyone here made my stay very welcoming. I lived here for a year and found that management is really accommendating, Maintenace is not hard to get ahold of, and shout out to Alex the owner who is very professional and understanding with her residents. I do wish my apartment had windows that was the only downside of my stay but really peaceful community to live. I do recommend Crescent Heights if your looking for a small community place to call home.”

We've been here just over five years, and in that time, Mandy (the property manager) has gone out of her way to not only quickly address any maintenance issues, but also take the time to get to know us. Also, shout out to Jerry (in charge of maintenance) for being so kind and professional. We've rented here all these years, thanks to this team!”
“My experience here has been amazing since I moved here in 2013 I have enjoyed the time I have been here. The people the staff and the ones who have come and gone. Time has flown by here from the Garage Sales to the food parties that the office has given. But for the 10 years I have been here I would not want to go somewhere else. Julie has been amazing and always attentive to our needs. I will miss this place once I buy my home."”

“Ms. Helena and her entire staff go over and above to ensure that EVERYONE is taken care of here and that we follow the guidelines set forth in our rental agreements - ensuring a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere which isn't easy in a complex of this size - the maintenance crew are on top of things and work the entire day to ensure all of our needs have been met..a notice of violation is just that - letting u know that some clarification is needed - it's a simple stop in the office - have an adult conversation - it works wonders - RESPECT of others is meaningful..I have never had an issue and never been fined- why bcuz I took the time to have a meaningful adult conversation to clarify any issues that they have concerns about - not everyone will always like what they here of course - I have NEVER been disrespected in any way by Helena or her staff - ...and fyi when people move out they either leave there garbage inside that they don't wish to take when moving-anyone who has paid for trash service knows that large bull pickups have to b scheduled to b taken away - that's why there are large items including beds near dumpster areas - again patience works - As far as the gym and pool area goes of course it is locked - every tenant has a key - use it- imagine if the pool and gym remained unlocked during office hours and a child goes into either - an accident waiting to happen - just saying..Helena has taken on some tough issues in regards to surrounding neighbors in a professional and courteous manner without regard to race gender etc. Nuff said.”

“My experience with Pacific Landing was great. I had to keep rescheduling to set up a time to do a tour but Nate Gozlan was patient and helped me in a very timely manner. I did the tour with him seeking a 3 BD apartment and the place is absolutely beautiful. The units are spacious and all the amenities are amazing. Nate not only showed true professionalism but he was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Thank you Nate for your help. Pacific is a great place to live.”
“I felt I needed to write my own experience for Camden, because of all the mixed reviews I’ve been reading. First of all, Sheryse made moving in and transferring units A BREEZE. She is very professional, kind, and gets back to me asap when I reach out via text or email. I’ve seen the jacuzzi closed once for maintenance, and it wasn’t an unreasonable amount of time. There’s kids constantly playing in the park area / riding their bikes and interacting with one another - it’s very sweet to see. The only issue my honey and I have had involves the dog waste left on the grass areas, but that falls on the owner not the front office. Issues that has risen are due to residents being lazy and not picking up after themselves. The employees work very hard here at Camden, whether it be the front office, online, or maintenance.”
