On 10/24/23 at approximately 12:50 p.m., the African American employee at the front desk was very rude when I asked to use the restroom after I purchased some items. He proceeded to yell and attempt to embarrass me in front of the other customers. I am a plumber by trade and when using the restroom it was painfully obvious that the toilet wax ring and possibly the flange are failing causing the feces and urine to contaminate the restroom floor everytime the toilet is flushed. Maybe he should spend more energy maintaining the restroom instead of trying to embarrass paying customers.

I went to this gas station October 6 at around 5:15pm. The cashier was a white guy with a ponytail I didn't catch his name but he really needs some sort of classes in customer service he was rude when I asked if for cash back. I noticed that other people left reviews on this guy seems like an ongoing issue. Management needs to do something about it.

Rarely actually open 24 hours. Two out of the last three times I showed up here after 1am, the doors were locked.Update. Couple of weeks later I stopped by at the same time and of course they are not open. The telephone number that the responder here gives leads to a voicemail that is full and ask you to write them an email. The truth of the matter is that the kid that works in there is a lazy p o s. He stands there and looks at you while you are trying to get in. He smirked at me. The kid needs to be fired

On 4/19/23 your clerk ripped me off for 20 dollars at the pump while his friend helped himself to whatever he could stuff in his pockets. Clerk is a thief and he let's his buddy take whatever

The overnight checkout person is very rude toward people of color. He is aggressive with even the simplest request. For example, I needed to get cash back, and he tried to talk down to me for requesting such a thing that is offered by the business. Then he told me I was lucky that he was letting it go this time. Avoid this place if you can. This is the second time this same cashier (tall ponytail guy white guy) has treated me as if he was better than me. I have never posted a negative comment on an establishment before, but I've gone to this same place doing the daytime, and I never have an issue. The guy with the ponytail at night seems to be having some kind of power trip and needs to receive customer service training or some kind of corrective action. Shoppers beware.

This place used to be so nice and well kept up. It looks worse than those in LA now. It's disgustingly dirty all the time. They never have towels or clean water at the pumps for doing your windshield. The squeegees are worn out and disgusting! The parking lot needs to be cleaned, went in today to wash my hands in the bathroom and no soap and the hand dryer does not work. Sink and toilet prolly have not been cleaned in a week. What happened to this place? We are in Murrieta! These current owners SUCK! AM/PM should come on and take it over. At least some of the employees are still nice. Sad Sad Sad

Came here to get a car wash, the employees are rude to each other. We’re cursing back and forth in front of us when we dropped off the car, went inside to pay and the cashier that helped us his name was Adonnis, extremely helpful and kind but the one next to him was extremely rude to another customer. The customer didn’t have exact change, so he went to give him a bigger bill and Mike, the cashier threw the cash back and said “not my bleep problem” and was snapping his fingers so the customer would hurry. Mike has a terrible attitude towards customers.

I had a terrible experience at this AmPm. I’ve come to this store for almost 10 years and never really had a problem. Trying to pay for 3 Monster drink that were advertised at a little over $5. I went to pay and the cashier said my total was $8 and change. I asked if they were on sale and he angrily said “do you have the app” and crossed his arms like he was upset. I calmly said yes and stepped back and proceed to log in to the app. I’ve have never been asked for the app before whenever I bought energy drink which is daily, but I said ok. At this point I got agitated a little because the cashier refused to attend me after I mentioned I’ve had never been asked before. He got an attitude really fast and an older gentleman helped me out and I left the store. I never like giving reviews at all and if I do they are positive ones, but this guy was something else? I’m definitely going let my buddies know not to come here when that aggressive guys around. Sheesh!

This is the worst arco/ampm/fast station I have ever been to. It's so bad I'm actually writing a review lol. Pumps out of order whenever I come here, card readers broken, constantly running out of certain drinks. I don't even know why they bother to carry protein shakes they are old and there's about 1 left most days. All around terrible

One cashier guy short change me for $2 the first time, i just let it go…and the second time he short change me for $3… when i confronted him the last time he become aggressive…. For $3 not worth it… next time i will be documenting and recording it.. and promise to share it publicly. Please investigate soon.
