This is a good spot! Clean. Loaded with good snacks and reasonable prices. But pretty much any spot with icees i love. Employees have a warm, and kind attitude here. And for me that makes all the difference in the world.

Today after 8pm stopped here 4 gas and 2 of the gas pump stations would not allow my debit card 2 slidee in easily. Some other friends of mine told me they experienced the same problem and have stopped going there. Tried 2 call the store and noone answered the phone adter 2 attempts. This arco used 2 b one of my favorite places to get gas, refreshments and use the restroom facilities. They had one of the cleanest bathrooms I had ever used. After this fiasco, unfortunately I WILL NOT BE BACK.

AVOID AVOID AVOID coming here for a carwash. Looks like someone below had the same issue as well. Came here for a quick carwash and when I went to the register they "wrote" the code on the receipt instead of it being printed on it. Weird. Ok. Then I went to put in the code and it was saying it was closed. That was my first big red flag. So I went inside to tell them and they said they are fixing it. I went back around and the manager was outside saying that they were having issues with the carwash that day and with people putting the code in too early. That was also a red flag for me. So I went in and then it broke down in the middle of washing and cracked my back tail light. Ampm is now saying that they aren't responsible for any damages done to my vehicle. RIDICULOUS!!!!

TLDR: pumps never working, extremely poor customer service, long lines, car wash caused significant cosmetic damage. Avoid like the plague.If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. There are always multiple pumps out of service, and the ones that do work, half the time you still need to go inside to pay and/or get a receipt. Customer service is also terrible. My worst experience in relation to this was over a car wash. I paid for one in the morning, but did not have time to get it because of a register issue. While trying to figure it out, the lone cashier took 15-20 minutes using the other register to assist other customers. I did not mind waiting even though I had to be somewhere at a certain time and she offered me a coffee for the trouble, which was nice. Fast forward 8 hours when I returned to redeem my car wash. The code on my receipt didn't work so I had to reverse out and get a new one inside. Apparently it read as having already been used a week or two prior, which of course would be impossible. I was given a new code without any issues, but as I was getting the wash done, I noticed it was for a tier lower than my original purchase. When I went back in to get refunded the difference, the cashier asked for my receipts. I explained the original one was thrown out by another employee - who was on break - 10 minutes ago. He could not find that receipt after spending at most 30 seconds sifting through the trash I pointed at, so I gave him the full rundown of what happened. He did not believe my story and insisted I'd already used the code that morning. I responded that I would not be arguing over a few dollars if it wasn't true, and that he could check the cameras for corroborating evidence. In the end, he begrudgingly issued me another wash code for the right tier and sarcastically told me to "enjoy my second free car wash." I swear I have never felt so humiliated by an employee before. The worst part is these accusations were in front of a long line of customers.But wait, it gets better. Recently their car wash busted out my tail light and dented the side when the right brush literally slammed into it, causing the entire machine to stop working. The employee casually asked, "Did you reverse during the wash?" Uh, ABSOLUTELY NOT; I followed instructions and went through normally like I've done many times before. But the way she asked the question was like it was routine for this car wash to malfunction. And since another customer (see review above me) had the SAME THING happen with the cashier asking a different question to imply it's the customer's fault definitely makes me think this 1) is a common occurrence and 2) they're trying to limit liability. But hey, I guess I should've seen that coming given how it's out of service half the time I'm there.In the end, I had to shell out $100 to insurance for the damage to be fixed. Yeah, I'm definitely done with this place and you should be too.EDIT: Since it looks like others have had their car wash cause damage, I've included a more detailed description of what happened and a photo. Please avoid this place at all costs!

I'm calling corporate. The sexual harassment my lady keeps having to go through from a few male employees has finally got me to this point. I've already called and talked to one of you. And you acted like a defensive child when all I wanted was an apology for making my girl uncomfortable. And now the other day when I was in there with her. I walked away from the register for a second and immediately a short scrawny guy employee started hitting on her. Took a lot for me to not say a word. But now I'm going to make sure this never happen again. And I'm positive I'm not he only one with this complaint. No ones at your gas station to flirt and find love. Start acting like a professional and stop verbally sexual harassing women!

Yelp needs to allow the option to give less than a star. This place sucks. They need to be under new management and completely restaff. Go across the street to the 7/11 or shell on Newport.

Very poor service. Charged me a fee after not pumping gas. STRAIGHT CROOKED BRO! AND THEN MAKE ME FEEL LIKE THE A** FOR ASKING WHY IM NOT GETTING REIMBURSED.Read up on some customer service youngins! They probably use the employee manual to do some serious thumb wiping

So now that I have gathered my thoughts and emotions I wanted to take the time to post this. This morning I went in for a car wash (I've been here several times and it did a decent enough job) the gal directed me in and instructed me to put my car in neutral take my foot off the brake, as usual and I did. She pushes go and I immediately knew something was wrong as did my 5 yo daughter so I honked my horn and rolled down my back window she stopped the machine and said it was just my tires squeaking and assured me I was ok and to roll up my window so water didn't get in so I did. She pushes go and less than 5 seconds later my car jerks to the right and is being pushed toward the machine I started honking and at this point hit my brake and she stopped the machine and went to get the manager. Jose, the manager, was very rude and told me to back my car up with visible damage to which I refused. He call a supervisor, David, who was even more rude and accusing. Neither of these gentlemen ask once if myself or daughter were ok (physically we were) but where's the customer service. After multiple denied requests for corporate and insurance information they finally gave me a number to supposedly the owner (which as of yet I still haven't heard from). While waiting another employee said this happens often (4 times for sure that he was on shift for). The managers never asked me to right a report just kept saying it was my fault bc I put my brakes on (which if I hadn't I would have hit the poles). I could keep going but this is the most of it. 2 1/5 hours later they had to remove a piece (which further damaged my car) so my husband who met me down there could back my car out, after being accused and just blatantly dismissed I finally left.... now we wait to see if "corporate" ever contacts me before we go to court. STAY AWAY!!!!

What a RIP off. Astronomical prices. Literally an entire $1 more per gallon at this location. Counter is rude as well. Avoid this location.

The pumps, pump gas extremely slow. Took over 12 minuets to pump 16 gallons. Noticed others leaving unfilled because of the delays. Notified Station employees but they didn't seem concerned. This is a recent issue that seems to be getting worse. Leave yourself plenty of time if you plan on filling up your tank
