they will pull out a what they call a leak detector and use it without telling you that it will cost you 175.00 .when they come the call should be free ,there price is higher then other plumbing company's . and they will tell you anything to try and get your buisness right then and there .so beware of a them. they saw a senior and took advantage of it .

We had an Emergency!!! My downstairs toilet and tub were backing up and overflowing into our living room with sewage waste!I was able to stop the overflow and clean the mess but I needed someone out there Fast to diagnose what happened and fix the issue so we could use water again!These awesome guys at AMPM plumbing were not my first call, they were actually my last call because I already had two other companies that said they could get to me later that evening or even the next day. Jose the main guy at AMPM answered my phone call (not a robot answering service), heard what was going and said he can have a guy there in 30 min and he did!They quickly were able to snake the main drain line and clear the clog. But two days later it backed up again!!!! I called Jose again and it was already 5:30 PM. He immediately answered and said they are already out of the office for today but said he will come by right now for no additional charge. He was there quickly and cleared the drain again at no cost! He said he will have to send a guy out first thing the next morning to send a camera down the drain and see what is causing the problem. His guys were there early as promised and found no Majior issues so they just pressure washed my drain lines and that totally fixed any problems that was causing the blocks. I can’t thank these guys enough for understanding the urgency in my situation and helping me out greatly. They were professional, nice and super fast. I will never call anyone else for any plumbing needs. These guys have earned a client for life.Service: Sewer cleaning

I have an older ranch home that has needed quite a few repairs, mostly upgrades to an old home. Am Pm Plumbing is who I trust! I've been using them for 3 years. They are always willing to come out the same day, they explain the issue in detail, and give a choice of options. They've completed a lot of upgrades for me and I have always felt confident in their work and prices! I love that they let me watch so I can learn, and I've learned a lot! Great people! Great company!

Came in to check where a leak was coming from. Quickly detected the problem and offered solutions. Even answered questions regarding my water filtration system. Honest and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

"What You See Is What Your Get!"Jose of AM-PM Plumbing, not only does a great job, but he is very reasonable and maybe most importantly, he has integrity. I contacted three companies via email and asked for a 'ballpark' figure of how much it would cost to convert our bathtub to a shower. He was the only one who would 'go there.' The other two insisted that they had to come to our home and see the job first. I wanted a ballpark figure to find out if a conversion was affordable before having a salesperson come to my home. His estimate seemed very reasonable and I was convinced that we could most likely follow through with this project.I had Jose come to see the job as well as a representative from another company. When setting up an appointment with the third company, I was informed that they did not service my area when I gave them my address.After seeing the job, Jose's official estimate was almost exactly the same as his ballpark estimate. I was impressed! On the other hand, the other salesman's estimate was three times higher than Jose's. Needless to say, I selected AM-PM plumbing to do the job and I wasn't sorry.Jose did whatever he said he was going to do... if he said he would arrive at 9 a.m., not only did he consistently show up but he was on time. He explained the process he was going to use and that's what we got and I LOVE MY NEW SHOWER.I highly recommend AM-PM Plumbing! No surprises: "What you see is what you get!

Having to hire a contractor or plumber is always a stressful ordeal. It could be an emergency, maintenance or a remodel. We called Jose because we were doing a complete bathroom remodel. His quote was very fair and his work is impeccable. He goes above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeable. I even asked him about why my water bill would be so high, he took some time to explain what a "normal" should be and did a quick check to see if there was a leak I didn't know about. We were so impressed we asked him to service our rental. He spent time to ensure that everything was in working order and let us know what needed to be fixed and the cost. He is very honest and will not try to up sell anything. If you are need of a plumber Jose and Jonathan are your guys. They are honest, trustworthy and do the best work. Give them a call, They may be busy but this is the plumber you want for your plumbing project and needs.

We pulled a shelf off the wall in a closet only to find a nail holding that shelf had punctured a water line. Jose was at our home within 30 minutes to repair. This was in the afternoon, on a Sunday. Would have really sucked to be without water until Monday while we waited for someone else to come out. ? would recommend and use AM PM Plumbing again in the future!Service: Plumbing pipe repair
