We have used Aerosurf for several years now with FAR less downtime than our previous satellite provider and WAY better speeds! We have zero issues with internet speed and we work from home. The contract is typical for an ISP.

Relatively reliable internet, but they lock you into a 2yr contract. They know competition like Starlink are coming to town, so they will try to screw you for at least 2 years. Their days are numbered and they know it. Buyer beware.

If you live out in the middle of nowhere, you know how hard it is to find good internet. I went threw every Hotspot provider and paid so much. I found them a couple years ago and have never had any issue. Always consistent. Thank you!!

This is the first time we’ve had line of site internet so I was hesitant, but wow! We have better internet than we’ve ever had in this area.The best part is it’s consistent! Living in a remote area it’s tough and we tried other types of internet which were awful.I would definitely recommend Aerosurf, for us it’s worth every penny.

De Luz has few providers that seem to work in some areas but in most all fail miserably. Old lines, not sure, but after dozens of service calls and countless HOURS on the phone with Frontier we switched to Aerosurf 6 months ago and NOT ONE drop since then. Finally I can work remotely reliably. Aerosurf also answers the phone with a live person (not the voice mail maize with Frontier) , wonderful experience worth much more than they charge (if you absolutely need reliable internet in DeLuz).

Just moved to Temecula wine country from OC and was worried about slow and expensive service in the hills of Temecula- ironically the previous house owner wrote a note that this “best internet ever”-my neighbors were giving me other options but I decided to try Aeurosurf- GREAT customer service - Jason was responsive kind and efficient and the service excellent! Would HIGHLY recommend and honestly not sure why they would get less than 5 stars- best kept secret in Temecula ?

I switched to Aerosurf from frontier because I live in Temecula wine country and frontier was low speed. No spectrum offered. I was told by neighbors and friends that AS was the way to go. I was previously having issues keeping streaming TV and Internet connections going. Since switching I have had no issues with Internet connection. On top of that the customer service has been wonderful. I was trying to connect a new Wi-Fi device this evening and was having issues. I called AS assuming I would leave a message for the next day... to my surprise...a live person answered!! Jason. By the end of our short conversation he had trouble shot all my problems and my new device was connected to the Wi-Fi. I am extatic! I recommend them 100%.

I have been with 3-4 different companies since we moved to De Luz 18 years ago. Believe me, I know the good from the bad! I am a tax preparer and operate out of my home and obviously the internet is key to my business. We recently went to a network system and I was having nightmarish issues with my computer being slow, or worse, bouncing around leaving numbers in unwanted locations on the tax return. Yikes! Aerosurf bent over backwards to resolve my issue and have done whatever is necessary to keep me up and running! I can't say enough good things about their service, availability, and their willingness to do what it took to help me! Kudos!
