The DMV Personal Was Not Pleasant Towards Me Nor Informative She's Was Zipping Through The Process I Had A Bill Of Sale Form Writing
Down That The Car Was From A Friend And It Was Going To A Gift She Took The Form Away And Said I Didn't Need It Before I Put The Gift In The Box , Then She Got Form You Didn't Put Gift In The Box I Stated To Her You Said I Didn't Need It Then She Cop An attitude

It’s a little busy, but nothing like the DMV. Definitely a better atmosphere and faster service. Well worth the membership fee.

Being new to area, I had address to change and went into this office. The agent treated me rude, unkind, without any manners, talked to me with a condensending smart tone my entire visit. I called Supervisor Christine Mitchell 3 times to discuss me wanting to file complaint and she won't call me back. I have over 40 yrs premier membership and never experienced this treatment. Shame on you.

17 people just in the check in line. This is the worst office. I know better than to use this facility. It is just a little better than DMV

Went there today for DMV renewal. Waited and waited to be called. Even asked how long the wait is going to be. Then over heard the same person telling people to go to the line they had opened up for the renewal while all this time we were seated to get helped. What a waste of time and such bad customer service.

Was there to do DMV renewal and just pay by check. Waited over Two hours in the renewal line. It was so ridiculous. It was like going to the DMV . Such a joke don't go to the Murrieta location !

This place sucks. 1 person doing DMV services while there's 17 other people trying to sell you insurance. No more convenient than DMV itself.

Went there for the notary. They told me it would be 40 minutes. It’s been over an hour and I have been told the DMV people are the notaries. Another lady waiting was told notary customer are done by the DMV staff. Well the DMV line has renewed many times and I’m still sitting here. Very dissatisfied.

The staff here are very curt. It is an overwhelming stark difference from my experiences at other AAA office locations. When I lived in Riverside, they were just as busy if not more, and we're always polite and professional. Northern San Diego county was much better, I dont go in to this location anymore... More so because an employee approached my children while I was finishing up a transaction, the intent was to help settle them down, they offered them an activity to do just when I was saying it was time to go. Unfortunately yes my kid was upset and I had to deal with that stressful situation, and not the staff. (I was never approached or asked if it was okay to offer them the entertainment) because of that one time, it was enough for me to not want to go in to the location again. AAA as a company is great the staff here was not.

I'm somewhat puzzled by the mid-rating for AAA Murrieta Insurance and Member Services. Sure, there can be a wait at times, but it's a far better alternative to dealing with the DMV. Personally, I've chosen AAA primarily for this reason. While I did experience a lengthy wait once, it wasn't enough to dissuade me from returning. Admittedly, there have been instances where the reception staff seemed a bit curt, but I recognize that dealing with some less-than-informed customers can be challenging. It's not a retail or fast-food drive-thru situation, and I appreciate the staff's patience in such situations. Kudos to them for maintaining professionalism. A piece of advice I'd share is to leave work at work. I understand the challenges they face, but turning it off when they leave could help create a more positive atmosphere. I want to emphasize that my one negative experience shouldn't overshadow the generally commendable service they provide. While I typically focus on food reviews, I believe it's essential to acknowledge businesses beyond the culinary realm. AAA Murrieta Insurance and Member Services deserve more credit, and I hope this review contributes to that recognition. Here's to smooth errand running for everyone!
