Went in yesterday for a gel manicure and pedicure plus acrylic take off and they charged me $80. There sign said $27 for pedicure and $35 for gel manicure so you charged me $18 for nail take off. This was very expensive and not the best service for that price very disappointing

Came here recently to get short square white acrylic nails. The picture I showed was white acrylic powder and I was given white gel polish instead. She put the tips on crooked and my nails are lumpy, uneven, and lack the crisp edges I was hoping for. She didn't put the polish close enough to the cuticle so they look grown out already! There's polish on my skin that she failed to wipe off and overall they don't look good. The same woman that did my nails also did my feet and I think she was meant to only do feet because my feet look very good. The only plus is that the workers were very friendly. Not too happy with my experience here.

I’m glad I 999 Nails Spa. It’s right next to my kids dance studio “Supreme Dance Center” which makes it convenient whenever I need to walk-in. Their acrylic last for a very long time. Deluxe-Pedicure is my favorite. Very Professional and Friendly.???Services: Gel manicure

Tracy and her staff are the kindest and funniest people around. They take pride in their work and are the best nail techs in the Murrieta. I will never go anywhere else ever again. You have a lifetime customer in me! I highly recommend it!

I wouldn’t suggest getting your acrylic nails taken off here. The wait was about 40 minutes even though I scheduled an appointment, but they just rip your nails off. They didn’t use gloves, and they didn’t soak my nails or anything, literally just used an acrylic nail to take them off. I have very thin nails so this hurt a lot.

I am in town to see my family. My mom and I got pedicures and I got a gel manicure at this salon. We were very happy with the services. I loved how clean they were, wore masks, and the pedicures/manicure were so clean. This is the second time I'm trying this place(first was in July), and I definitely recommend.

UPDATE: I applaud Helen and Tracy for seeing my initial review below and immediately reaching out to make this right. Tracy made time for me to get in ASAP today and did an amazing job fixing my nails. She took her time with them and they look SO MUCH BETTER. I would highly recommend a manicure with Tracy. She is very kind and welcoming and she takes her time. I'd also recommend pedicures here. Thank you, 999 Nails for making this right! -----------review below from 12/29/21------------ Toes look amazing! I made an appointment same day And was so glad they could squeeze me in. Helen, the person I made the appointment with, responded to my inquiry form from their website. Booking the appointment was easy. When I got there, I was greeted, I waited for a very short moment and was brought to my chair. I am mediately noticed that two women would be providing my services. One for my gel manicure and one for my pedicure. I looked around the room and noticed that other folks had pillows, massages going via the chair, and other pleasantries that made their visit a bit more comfortable. None of those things were offered to me. In fact, the woman doing my nails seemed extremely annoyed the entire time. Originally, I picked one of the colors from the front display. It gave me a mermaid vibes, and I was into it. I took a picture and informed the woman doing my nails. She told me it would be five dollars extra. I told her that was fine. She got the colors, painted the pinky nail on my left hand, let it dry, and then showed it to me. It looked terrible. I told her I did not like the color. She immediately started making comments and shaking her head. Her comments were not an English so I can't 100% say that they were about me, but it definitely felt that way. From there, I picked another color. She didn't bother asking me if I liked that one after she painted it. She actually, just painted over the white from the nail she was showing me the color of. And kept it moving. She proceeded to do a terrible job on my nails. She painted above my nails, on my Cuticles, and in various other places. My thumb and pinky nails were the worst. I couldn't slide anything under my nails because they were gelled down to my skin. I don't know her name, but I know she had long hair and A face shield. She did a really bad job, and when I left a minimal tip, assumably for them to split (I had cash that I wanted to hand to the woman doing my pedicure in addition to the card tip), She scoffed. The woman doing my pedicure actually kept looking up at my hands as if she realized that the lady had done a terrible job, too. Anyway, the woman doing my pedicure did an amazing job. She was also very good about watching me as I was watching the clock. I had another appointment to go to and it took far longer for my nails to be done than I expected. My toes were worth of weight, but my fingers were not. I definitely would not recommend this place. And if you must go, go for the pedicure only.

The ladies here are extremely sweet. But unfortunately, my friend and I won't be returning. My dip powder chipped on one nail after 6 hours. Don't get me wrong. They fixed it the next day. I would have gone the same day, but I was out of town. My nails had come out beautifully, but I don't feel I was heard. I specified I wanted a manicure before the dip powder process began. I knew it'd cost extra, but I knew my nails needed it. I wasn't really paying attention because I was talking to fellow Yelper and Nail Salon hoe Joy. But at the end, she says she will start working my cuticles. Huh? No, never mind at this point. The pedicure was just ok. Nothing to really write home about. I did get just a basic pedicure. Their other pedicures didn't interest me "luxury" wise. I've paid the same price for more. Eh. Not a bad place to stop in for, but I like my trips to be one and done until the next time. I also would like to get what I ask for. Wasn't a bad experience, just wasn't the best.
