**Be Aware!**
On Friday, 10/24/2024, between 1:30 and 2:30 PM, we encountered an issue with a cashier regarding a charge for a third Monster drink. There was an extra beep when it was scanned, but the cashier played it off. My husband pointed out that we only ordered two drinks and questioned why we were being charged for a third. The cashier claimed it was free; however, it was not free, as we were indeed charged for it.
My husband spoke to the cashier firmly, making it clear that we did not want the third drink, it was not free, and we would not be paying for it. The cashier shrugged his shoulders, seemingly not understanding the situation.
The moral of this experience is that clear communication about promotions is essential. Don't charge us extra and assume we won't notice. This feels like a scam! Please be aware, as we don't know how long this practice has been going on.

Promoted deals inside the store aren’t true. Asked the cashier about it he has no idea, can’t help, just stand there. You hire these kind of clueless people? I don’t get it man. Young white man with tattoos and hat should do better. Especially if you’re gonna expose your terrible tattoos

This 7-11 when first opened was really nice, clean, stocked, machines worked. It has severely gone down hill over the past 6 months, out of multiple creamers consistently, selection of bakery items are no poor, the bathrooms are always filthy. I don’t know what happened here but will be taking my business elsewhere.

I came to this 711 to drop my resume off and luckily the person behind the counter was the owner.he was super respectful.he even gave me a fountain drink.I explained my work history and he seemed to like my resume.the store was super clean the cooler was stocked everything front faced the coffee was fresh.it was a good a good experience and I really hope I get a chance to work there! Or at least an interview ?

The cashier overcharged me the first time with the $3 for two pizzas and a Coca Cola. Instead it was $6.53 and when I called corporate they said they will reach out to the manager which will reach out to me. Nothing happened and nothing was resolved. Went back in today for lunch and the same cashier said it’s only Coca Cola and not Coca Cola Vanilla and they are losing money by selling that with the deal. I asked it’s not any Coca Cola? He got mad and raised his voice so I walked away and he was like “No no come back, I do this one time only okay!” I will not be visiting any 7/11 ever again and will drive miles out of my way to another store and pay double from now on instead of shop at 7/11 again.

I used to love this New store. When you walked in it was clean they employees were friendly and lively.. I don't know what happened but it sucks now. I don't know if it's under new owners or what but they suck. I hate going in there now . It's only a matter of time before it becomes just like all the other dirty 7- elevens.

❤️?❤️?❤️?5/2/2023Can you believe that the gas price here is around $4.50 per gallon?? Not only that I think I fell in love with a smile from the lady that helped me. The coffee automatic here is different there are definitely all kind of choices. I do miss the creamer from a dispenser. There is definitely lots of items here. The parking can be limited in a rush. Thank you!!

The cleanest 7-Eleven you may ever encounter in your life... People working here are friendly. They definitely take pride in this store. If you need to take a pit stop and get some goodies, come to this location!

OMG!! 7-11 is comin up!! I love this 7-11!!! Best 7-11 I've ever been to, no lie!!Strategically built in an industrial zoned area, at the corner of Eastman & Jefferson, where there are a lot of warehouses and other companies and some of those companies do not have a cafeteria. This 7-11 is a very busy one, so please be aware!! Keep in mind, even if the lines are long, it goes pretty fast bc they have 2 lines.I see that they're busy bc a lot of people go there for lunch. They even have a couple of picnic tables outside where you can eat. The inside of the store is always clean.However, I gotta say.... they're seriously working very hard to step up their game when it comes to food. Right now they got a special going... 10 chicken wings for $5 and y'all know how I feel about chicken wings!! Their food choices are indeed very impressive for a convenient store. They also have pizza, hot dogs, taquitos.... a wide variety of the bougie level convenient store.I highly suggest you come in here check out their food when you're on the go and you tell me what you think!! This is a game changer!! It's not the 7-11 I remember growing up, that didn't sell hot & ready, grab & go food and had the little imitation perfumes spray bottles for $1, the little teddy bears with a rose and had expired chips and soda.... nope!! This specific 7-11 is smart to make sure that they have hot and ready food for workers or people on the go to just grab. I bring lunch to work everyday and we have a cafeteria at my work, and my work is literally surrounded by plenty of choices to eat at, but as of now all I can think of and have been obsessing on is their chicken wings and red velvet cookies, omg those are soooo bomb!! You've gots to try it out!! I am a foodie who drives far amd go to LA or SD for food cravings in the weekends, so if a 7-11 could impress me, then the food must be decent!! Grab and go food is generously priced too!!Staff is nice as well. They're all very helpful!!Guess what my after work snack is tomorrow.... yep, you guessed it.... CHICKEN WINGS!!

Usually new places are pretty good on keeping up but this place is always declining credit cards and debit cards and will only take cash this is a fourth time that I've been here and they've done that and I cannot eat because of this you guys are very unprofessional and unorganized you guys need to get it together
