My debit card was used here without my permission I guess there was a card skimmer on a pump and they cleaned my account out over 210 dollars at the gas pump. Unauthorized be careful using these pumps

I go here almost every single day. Until a few days ago I went. It was in the afternoon about eight thirty. I was checking out and I was offered a mega millions ticket i was told it drew at nine o'clock in a couple minutes. I don't ever play the stuff so I said sure When I got home, I check it and the drawing was actually at 8 o'clock. Not really mad that I didn't win more or less. That I never had a chance to win I confronted the guy about it the next day. He just kinda laughed it off There was obviously a mistake. He probably accidentally printed but didn't want it to come out of his pocket. So instead took it from someone else and then wanted to be really friendly the next day. I won't be going back again I can't trust them anymore

Very run down, the machine digit almost impossible to read so you have no idea how much you spent lol And there's no receipt paper either so.....Update: I should learn my lesson and stop coming here but this is next to kids class so here I am again! This time the panel must be thinking about Vegas because it says 77..... I'm not sure if I pumped $36 worth or $7,736 worth on my tiny SUV..... Lol

I went in to buy 2 beers, that's it. Later that night I happen to check my bank account and saw two extra charges for $100 and $99. The guy that charged my card was the rude guy that ignores everyone and has long dark hair. I'd double check your bank accounts after visiting this place. Possible fraudulent activity going on here. Camera footage can also prove my purchases as well. I mean, who spends $200 in a 7/11? I'm about to get the police involved if this is not resolved.

This store needs to learn how to give customer service. Every time I come here, I get no greeting at all. I said hello when I was ready to check out and the guy just ignores me and talks to whoever was on the other end of his headphones. Such miserable and unprofessional service. The main employeeacts like he doesn’t know how to smile and always looks mad. I will definitely never come here again. How dreadful!

I have no idea what was bugging the guy when I went in today but he surely was in a mood. Ignored for awhile. Ordered a whole pizza. He threw it in a box and watched some slices flipped over. Not a friendly person at all.

Do yourself a favor. Don't bring your business here. Not only has my card information been stolen after I paid for my gas here, but the employees are some of the rudest people I've ever come in contact with. Okay, I get it. It's a gas station. You really can't expect much when it comes to customer service, but this last time took the cake for me.
I was craving a specific snack on my way home, so I went here, and regretted it immediately. The employee working was blasting music so loudly that himself and the vendor he was doing inventory with had to basically yet at each other while speaking. The employee was slamming boxes full of food and what not on the ground, startling myself and the other people that were inside.
To top it all off, I was standing at the counter for almost ten minutes after the employee clearly saw me waiting there several times until he decided to grace me with his presence and ring me out without a single word.
Again, I get it. I know I'm not going to receive 5-star service here, but to leave a customer waiting at the counter for a such a ridiculous amount of time that a long line forms, not saying a single word, and then walking away immediately after ringing them out and ignoring the other customers behind them? Just....wow.
I don't care if this place is literally one minute away from my house. Never coming back here.

After getting denied to play the lottery at Stop Quick Mini Market on Rancho California Road in Temecula, I decided to take my play slips elsewhere. I decided to visit this 7-Eleven and it was great! There was no line and the cashier took my play slips and gave me the tickets. Then I plopped down $4 in quarters and he said "Thank you" and didn't even bother to count them because he's smart and he knew he could trust me.

The person working the counter was rude as heck. Filling his eyes waiting for us. I ordered Buffalo chicken rollers and his gloves were ripped and grabbing them with his bare hands. I told him and he literally just ignored me. Would not recommend giving this place your business.
