Made the mistake of trying to fix some plumbing on New Years Eve before we were having a party. Got stuck with a leak in which I had to shut the water off to the house. David Diaz was able to get out within an hour after trying three different plumbers who couldn't get out for a few days. It was an easy fix, but he was able to get me up and running so I could get the water back on before we had people showing up. I appreciate them helping out during a holiday.

I've used this company on multiple occasions. They are quick to arrive and usually at the front end of the arrival window given. The work is clean and priced fair. A handful of times the plumber has given me advice on things I could probably do myself to save money if I wanted and even explained how. Very very honest and trustworthy. You're not going to get convinced into stuff you don't need.

This company has top notch staff! We had just moved in to a rental property and discovered that there was an issue with our plumbing when we ran our washer. Water backed up to all house drains (showers, toilets and sink). Our PM contacted 24-hour Express Services and we were put on schedule for the following morning. The next morning Ana called to inform us that a tech was dispatched to arrive at 0900. Dylan (plumber) was on time and very professional. He did his investigation and informed us every step of the way. Although we were unable to locate the main sewage line, Dylan knew exactly what he needed to do and Got-ter-dun! He and Ana are true assets and represent your company with top notch customer service and professionalism! I sent an email to our Property Management to ensure that 24-hour Express Services is their go to or only vendor for all future customer and property needs! Thank you Ana and Dylan for your great customer service and professionalism! Did I say Professionalism and great customer service?? Well I can't say it enough! Thanks again!

24 Hour Express has been a great company to deal with. Marc came out did a evaluation on work that was not needed and on work that I needed done. Marc came out on time and finished to job in a timely manor. Marc left the job areas clean, and explained everything he was doing. I would recommended 24 hour Express for any of your Plumbing needs. Hi peeps! I want to take the time to give a short out to David Diaz. I believe he was the supervisor on call the night I had an AC emergency. He was such a pleasant person to talk to. I desperately called him the following day, knowing he might be off the clock, and still, he attended my call and came to my rescue. I wanted to confirm that my landlords maintenance team had requested a quote from them to get my AC fix. He went above and beyond to get someone to call me back immediately with that information. PS: This is the 2nd time I leave a review (which I never do), but the people this company hire are top knotch and are definitely worthy of my time to acknowledge what an amazing company this is. I admire how much value their employees put in servicing us the customers. 100% recommended to everyone reading this!

It was first to use 24 hour express and I was satisfied customer. Marc Delio did amazing work with my showers and toilet leakage and he will be back to work to work on garbage disposal. if you are looking for a job well done, he is your guy.

Had the unfortunate pleasure of having them come to my home to do a water pan under my water heater and check a toilet. The gentleman’s instant rude comments made me feel uncomfortable. Do not recommend them.

These guys exceeded our expectations. They provided multiple estimates and changes as we went back and forth on work. Ended up having them do lots of work for us including new hot water heater, toilets install, angle stops all over the house. Very reasonably priced, clean and curious. Can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommended

I would like to give them 10 stars! They were friendly, professional, clean, and their work was exceptional. I had a leak that flooded my kitchen-twice!!! The first company I used tore down the island in my kitchen, dried it out and rebuilt it without addressing the source of the leak. Not only did 24hour Express fix the problem they even found another problem that would have caused more trouble. They were more than fair with the price. Amazing company to do business with.

April 2024. Brandon came out to investigate what would have seemed to be a minor leak. End result, a whole house repipe which I wanted done anyways. Brandon was amazing. I’m have a lot of anxiety about such a big project and he was very supportive in dealing with me. I have to mention that he took great care NOT to destroy the three bathrooms I had just remodeled. Thank you so much. Brandon brought Dustin, Nick and Jay to complete the project. These four guys worked together and with a solid plan to make sure that this whole project went smoothly and efficiently. They did minimum damage to my house, and took great care to respect it. I can’t thank you enough. On day two, two more guys came to help finish up. Thank you Bernardo for the refrigerator contribution and Adrian for all your hard work. Dustin, thank you so much for your knowledge and expertise. Nick, I appreciate all the attention to detail and the constant checking to make sure it’s right. Jay, thanks for the beautiful work you did in the garage and congratulations. I’m so happy for you. Brandon, I truly appreciate your attention to detail; the emotional support to my stress, and all the hard work you put into this job. I couldn’t have asked for a better lead man. I am truly grateful to all of you and the care you took in my home. Finally, Nancy thank you for taking my call and calming me. It all starts with your patience. January 2024. I’m super happy. David came out late on a Sunday and set it up for Monday repairs so it wouldn’t cost too much. The repairs were fast and easy and it wasn’t too expensive. David is the type of guy you welcome in your home. It was a real pleasure doing business with him. Kim who answered my call, also late on a Sunday, was not only happy to help, but also so nice that I didn’t feel any stress about the situation. I feel it’s important to mention that David spoke highly of the owner, and in this day and age I appreciated that he is a valued employee being treated like a human and not profit. I will continue doing business with this company.
