So refreshing to see such nice and many unique fashion/clothing but not the reason for the 5 star rating. It because of the superior service. We can't remember the last time we had such fantastic service. We will be back.

We had a couple of hours to kill before our Mercer Caverns tour so we meandered in and out of Murphy's Main Street shops. Jane & Jean sells clothing, shoes, & accessories from "boutiquey" brands (as opposed to big store brands), & most finds are frilly, flowy, & ultra feminine. I ended up buying a few fun Pura Vida bracelets, which I'm sure I'll wear all summer long. The staff allowed me to browse without hovering, but were on hand to help.

A very quaint little place. They carried alot of finer clothes, accessories, and other odds n ends that would compliment your house or outfit.

Edit: I live in Murphys, and my family has lived here for 10 years. But nice try :) I walk through town almost every day and you literally have signs up saying that your staff has ADA exemptions. It's an irresponsible and a dangerous practice. And since my original review got deleted with the update... For months, this store has had a sign up in their windows that their staff has ADA exemptions and may not be wearing a mask. This is not how ADA exemptions work, I work in healthcare. An exemption only means you get reasonable accommodation and only applies to those who are physically incapable of removing/managing their own masks. This usually applies to people with movement disorders like cerebral palsy, paraplegia, etc. It is remarkably irresponsible and callous to endanger the community in which you work. Be better.

I stopped in a few days ago to just take a look and ended up buying some adorable tall over the knee coffee colored boots. They had such adorable items and even a kids section with really cute little items. A big variety of sizes from xs-xl and plus sizes. Prices are good and quality seems pretty high on most items. I went into each store (they have two shops just a few doors apart) and both clerks were super helpful and friendly.

What a lovely boutique w/ some really amazing employees. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My daughter picked out 2 shirts and she loves them both. Prices are super reasonable too!
