I got my hair dyed and it cost me $200. The lady was rude. I believe her name was Michelle. She was vaping, eating, yelling in my ear while she was on her phone, and kept leaving to go smoke. I wanted to also get my hair cut and she refused saying that it would ruin my color, and she liked it long. Then she proceeded on telling me that my hair was too long. She also took a picture of my credit card and I had to change my card details.

I used to go to Michelle for wash flat iron..I mentioned my gal who's gone my beautiful highlights and color was moving to reno...she said come here I can do the same job as she did. I mentioned I was thinking of going to girl friend at Juliana they are all amazing with color highlights etc...She said she's way cheaper so we did it she charged me $30.00 more than my gal did for 19 years and the color didn't stick either she didn't Leave it on long enough or just weak product always lasts 2 half months when old gal does it! What a disaster called her back oh she promised to make it right next week and a half day before appointment she had excuses so I told forget it! God is so good my old gal moved back! I'd never go back ever!

I've had my nails and pedicure done here a couple of times.they have been great! My only concern one of the hairdressers always has her barking dog in there. I have said something about it but she gets very rude about it! Trained service dogs do not bark or cause disturbances while working..so I won't be going back .. but that's ok they seem to be very busy

Had a terrible manicure there today. Nails were painted unevenly and one hour later are already chipped. They advertise that they take cards- but they don't. First and last tume at the unfortunately named "Cutting Zone."

Michelle Eastwood gives a great haircut . The ladies that do manicures and pedicures are also awesome! My daughter and I go there frequently and their service is very personable and beyond compare. Well worth the money. Thank you Cutting Zone Crew! We love you.

Michelle Eastwood has a gift for hair. I also know she loves what she does. She gave me a perfect spiral perm. It lasted a very long time, thanks to her knowledgeable advice. I have natural red hair, like Michele. It's not easy to work with and she's always made me look beautiful!! She's very experienced, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I booked a last minute appointment and they were prompt, kind, and easy to work with. It’s the best haircut I’ve had locally and I paid a quarter of what I’ve previously paid at the salon down the road.The salon is clean and lovely, and the whole staff from nails to hair were wonderful and open minded.Service: Haircut

Disappointed with the hair salon. I called ahead of time to make an appointment to color my hair. When I arrived the next day to my scheduled day and time the stylist was no where to be found. Another woman who worked there had to call to find her since she also didn't know where she was. She had forgotten our appointment. I get that these things can happen but the fact that she never called me to apologize or offer to reschedule is very unprofessional.
