Don’t let the location fool you. These guys know small motor equipment. They had the parts that I needed to repair my wood chipper. I had a good discussion about the design and issues with my model with the salesman. I’ve been here before and I’ll definitely come back in the future.

Contractor level shops can be intimidating for homeowners but this shop is not the case. They were very patient and answered all my questions without judgement. They took the time to explain products to me. Great variety of machines and parts. Superb service.

I’m beyond frustrated that they have had my equipment for repair close to two months. When I called in again today, I was told the parts were in but the work wouldn’t be able to be completed. I asked to simply pick up the parts and my equipment and was told that they wouldn’t be able to get collect them for me today. I must be missing something, right? Where do these parts and my equipment need to be collected from? I would imagine my equipment is in a corner somewhere and the parts are in inventory as he stated. I wouldn’t recommend for a couple reasons. 1: I feel they are treating me with indifference, why work with a business that doesn’t demonstrate respect or interest, 2: The estimated turnaround was just just over a month and they failed to deliver, under promise and under deliver.

Yesterday I took a chainsaw that had problem starting to the store. Immediately, I was told what was wrong. My worker had asked me to buy another machine but this one is just as good as a brand new one after we learned how to use it. Comparing with spending $25 an hour for my worker to try to figure out what was wrong, this store is super quick in problem solving, very knowledgable, reliable and reasonable for the charge. We are so lucky to have this store in our neighborhood, especially in the market people usually charge a ton for their good servuce.

I bought an old Poulan super 25 that didn't work. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, and knew everything about my chainsaw already. Got the parts I needed and my saw is running again! This shop is great.
