I lived here for over a year and really enjoyed being there. Aldin, the property manager, was a pleasure and had great communication! It does a little hot in the summer and a bit cold in the winter if you are on the 3rd floor but I would move back if I could. The closets and the rooms are decently bigger than normal apartments. The area is very green and well kept. Maybe one day, I will come back. Thank you for making this a memorable experience!

We were there for renting a townhouse. Aldin was the nicest "leasing agent" we never met, and we saw a lot of apartments. He was at all time super helpful, friendly, honest, and kind. I would like to thank his understanding, professionalism, and work ethics. The community is super cute. Clean and well maintained. The townhouses were recently renovated. They are spacious, under rent control, and bright. They have a supermarket and a park walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

Aldin the property manager is the best- always responsive, extremely helpful, and cares bout the residents and the property. He frequently went out of his way to help me with things that are way outside a property manager's purview- for e.g producing movers at a moment's notice when we were stood up by our movers when we were moving within the complex. The property itself is old but nice, well-lit and landscaped. Safeway is right around the corner, 101 is half a mile away, Caltrain in a mile away The street is quiet. Enjoyed my stay here.

If you're in the market for a nice apartment, great location, and awesome manager, I highly recommend looking into Woodview Apartments. The apartment property is maintained pretty well. Each apartment has its own enclosed patio area. The property is quiet, never any issues with noise at random hours of the night. The apartment inside has a surprising little combo plate of comfy carpet upstairs and wood flooring downstairs. The property is across the street from a shopping center with a Safeway, Starbucks, a few restaurants, bank, gas station, and urgent care. Can you imagine a 5 minute walk to go grocery shopping? Yeah, its pretty great. If you hop in the car, Costco, In n Out, and Krispy Kreme are a 5 minute drive. In the mood for a burrito bowl at Chipotol? Great, 5 minutes away. Got a hankering for spam musubi at L&L? 5 minutes. Best Buy got that new Nintendo Switch game for you on hold? 5 minutes. You get it. Last but not least, the property manager, Aldin. He's great. There really isn't another way to put it. He's on top of everything, he's friendly and down to chat when you see him around, and it makes you wonder if we can clone the guy so every property can have an Aldin. (We can't...can we?) Seriously though, nice guy and he's setting the bar for property managers. tl;dr Woodview Apartments is a great place to live, you're going to be 5 minutes from everything, Aldin is dope.

We lived there for one year. Woodview apartment is a great place to live. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The room is spacey, clean, and bright. And the location is very convenient, close to Safeway and Costco. The manager, Aldin, is great and very friendly.

Lived here for 3 years and recently moved out; only because I moved in with my fiance. It's been a great 3 years; small community, safe neighborhood, townhouse design, 2 parking garage, clean pool area where I had countless get-togethers with friends Aldin, the property manager has been great and prompt with his assistance; a good friend too!

We lived at woodview apartments for one year from july 2016 to jun 2017. The rates were reasonable compared to other nearby apartments. Its situated in a very calm and peaceful location. It has a nice pool area. Its close to crossfit palo alto and safeway is nearby for groceries. Aldin the manager is like Big Papa Bear as he makes everyone around feel like one big family. A great place to rent an apartment

Without doubt this place was a hidden gem. Big apartment for reasonable price. The porch was a for sure bonus!! I lived here a few years back so I never met the new prop manager,Aldi, although he sounds comparable to the one we had. With that said, when I was a resident, everything was tended to and my apartment was absolutely quaint. Neighbors, locations, lush calm setting; great! The only downside was the laundry which didn't accommodate for such a large crowd but that was way overshadowed by the whole beauty of the property. Kudos

A quiet safe place in the heart of Silicon Valley - like an Oasis. Aldin, who is the Manager here really cares about keeping things up. He put a Weber BBQ for us in the Pool area, upgraded the fences, and keeps everything clean and beautiful. It's more like a community of family members living here - everyone is very supportive.
