This review is for the Walgreens Photo Center at this location only. Before you order photo prints or related products online (especially Same Day service), absolutely do not choose this location for pickup. The Photo Center is incredibly disorganized, and there is very clearly zero training for the staff. If you choose this location, you will not receive your order on time. Definitely do not order *anything* with Same Day turnaround. This has happened to me twice now - once before the pandemic and then again this week. The first time I thought it was just a bad day, but after having the same experience this week, it's now a pattern of poor customer service: * Staff clueless about my order - can't locate it, confusing it with other customers' orders and seemingly unable to look it up in their system * For same day order pickup many hours after the estimated pickup time - telling me they have no materials to print it and to come back later * Getting the specifics of my order completely wrong even when I ordered online so the specifications are clear - in this case, "Framed Matted Print - Black w/ White Mat 8x10 Print" - they literally did not know what this meant and kept trying to tell me that I ordered a floating frame when the online order clearly shows that I didn't * Staff having no clue about basic aspects of the products that they sell. Example: I had to keep explaining that a "matted frame" is not a "matte frame" - "We don't have matte frames, we only have shiny." The online order said a matTED frame. A frame with paper behind the photo - this is not a matte/shiny issue at all * Telling me that they are out of the frame I ordered online entirely 7 hours after estimated pickup time and that my order couldn't be fulfilled on time (of course) * Zero apology or offer to make anything right, and total nonchalance when I finally had to cancel the order altogether because they could not read my online order, understand what products I ordered, and fulfill it on time Save yourself the frustration and go to CVS. Absolutely 100% permanently done with this Photo Center.

I usually go here for the pharmacy, which is better than average. The pharmacists are more intelligent and friendly than the Safeway I used before. The hours aren't amazing, so if there's an emergency need for medication, you'll have to go elsewhere. Overall, the store is clean and the staff polite.

The only thing weighing down this Walgreens is the lack of coffee options in the back refrigerators. This Walgreens has the coolest digital refrigerators with LED screens in the back, but it's would even be better if they were stocked with various types of coffee. Every time I visit, they are out of good beverages on a hot day. Such a cool refrigerator, but poorly stocked. Other than that when I walk out empty handed, because there is absolutely nothing to drink, the employees give me side eye as if I stole something. I stopped going after 5 times, because drinks and desserts were out. I can buy anything else for less when I'm grocery shopping, so that's where I go now. Know your audience, know what will sell, know your products, and you'll do fine.

Pharmacy apparently doesn't answer the phone anymore -- they repeatedly pick up, say nothing, and after 3 microseconds put you back on hold. greaaaaat customer service

Kind of dirty. Not organized, however have everything I need for first aid and vitamin supplies. The staff are nice. Always rely on this place for supples.

Specifically for the pharmacy, well the people who are in charge of hiring. The pharmacy is understaffed and overwhelmed. The pharmacy Manager seemed stressed and spread extremely thin. Although as polite as possible her stress was evident when speaking to customers, like myself. Phones ringing none stop, hold times becoming longer and longer. I commend the pharmacy manager for really holding it together considering she has nearly no help. It would be good for business Walgreens hired more people to better serve this location. 5 stars for the staff who are clearly doing their best!

Worst Walgreens in the area. They refused to update my Covid-19 vaccination card because I had it done at another Walgreens even though they could do it. Other Walgreens stores I called had no problem to do it once they verified my patient records. It seems some pharmacists there are just to make money but do not care about their patients.

I recently had some medical issues that had to be addressed immediately. Part of the prescription was antibiotics, and part of the prescription was controlled substances.I went to this pharmacy to get my medication faster. I had some sub par experiences with other pharmacies before. Nice store, nice staff, but for goodness sake, if someone is in pain, they don't want to wait.I'm giving 4 stars since these people were kind enough to get on it in the end. Special thanks to the short Asian lady. She go things going in a hurry once the meds were approved.

If I could leave zero stars for this pharmacy location I would. I've tried to refrain from writing a review and give this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt but after over a year of poor customer service I am going else where. I am literally writing this as I wait at the drive through (which is over 10 min now and I am the second car). Two others already left because of the ridiculous wait time. My turn at the drive through finally came and no one to acknowledge me so I hit the call button and was told someone would be with me shortly. Another 7 min has gone by and I hit the call button again and get the same response. This time I make it clear I've waited long enough.In summary, the wait times to pick up filled prescriptions at this drive through is typically 10 minutes or longer, even if there are no other cars other than mine. Going inside is not that much quicker. The last time I was here I was asked to pay for my meds and I mentioned this is a routine medication and I've never had to pay are they sure it's the right medication. The employee was confident and said yes so I paid for it. Thankfully I checked before I drove off. I was given someone else's medication with all their personal info on it (name, address). It took another 10 minutes to get refunded for the wrong prescription I paid for. I worked over 6 years as a pharmacy clerk when I was in college and post college. This place is slow and inefficient. The pharmacy manager needs to train it's staff or get replaced!

Really long line at 3 pm but low and behold the very special employees behind the pharmacy taking breaks . Employee wondering about shopping while we all wait in line. My turn no, to wait while she goes off to fix her hair. My daughter called multiple times they assured her it was ready... no big surprise more wAiting for me while they fill the prescription they said was done. I am here for my daughter I dont use Walgreens. Please! save yourself use Now Rx. Pharmacies think they have you by the short hairs- customer service is - negative kelvin. use now Rx they deliver-they send and receive text .

The pharmacy that is open 24 hours (according to their website, voicemail, and sign on the store) closes at 9 pm. Trying to get an antibiotic for my 8 month old baby, but no problem, I'll just wait until tomorrow morning. They also didn't pick up their phone at 8:30 pm when I tried to call. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I didn't like their service as workers. a person who is working there now Michael B. was so disrespectful no type of respect no good customer service. Especially if someone is doing a delivery order and your card is not working you try everything possible to help your customers instead Michael was frustrated not communicating with me and my husband even though my husband was saying sorry because his card didn't go through so I will never step in a foot in this Walgreens again

I have been trying to get a prescription filled for four weeks. They keep saying that they need to call my doctor despite it being a refill. My doctor says that she had called it in twice. I finally got a written paper prescription from my doctor. I took it to Walgreens three days ago. Nope they still haven't filled it. I took a new paper copy today and now they say that they need a "wet signature". They also told me to be patient! I told them that I needed a new pharmacy and they said that would be good. The worst worst service in Mountain View.
